My oncologist recommended PRMA, who set me up with Dr. Whipple, and I'm so grateful they did. From the very beginning, Dr. Whipple and her nurse, Luisa, made everything feel manageable, even though I live almost 5 hours away. They went above and beyond to coordinate appointments and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for me. Dr. Whipple's skill, compassion, efficiency, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Luisa was always so friendly and quick to get back to me to address any concerns I had. They walked me through every step of the process with honesty and empathy and always made sure I felt informed and comfortable. I'm deeply grateful to have had such a good team by my side during such a vulnerable time. My results are better than I could've ever imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Whipple to anyone facing this path.

I went in December to get a supposed aggressive halo resurfacing treatment. Went to several other facilities and the reason I chose Lopez was because I thought that I would get what I paid for. Because of the lies that you see on these reviews for one thing and the sales person aesthetician. I put a deposit down in October couldn't make it till December whe I did go in for my appointment I was numbed for less than 30 minutes felt nothing. I fell asleep during the procedure. Thought I was gonna need to take five days out of work which I did. I could've went to work the next day because the settings were set so mile just so I would have to go back and spend another $2500 which is a fact. I had to fight to get my deposit back, they lied and tried to tell me that because they were offering a free IPL along with halo that I wasn't gonna get it and I was only able to get it once I put a really nasty review down and that same afternoon they called me asking me to alter or take my review down and they would give me my deposit back which now I'm finding out is illegal so it makes you wonder if all the reviews are not fraudulent. And these are my experiences and I am legally able to put them down in case I get threatened from Lopez. I agreed to take it down and thought about it a couple of days later and put it back up because why should I pay that kind of money and not get services that I paid for. And they never offered to give me a redo. I tried to get my money refunded , but they chose not to do it because they're that greedy and they don't care whether they give you what you pay for because they feel like there's an endless pool of customers out there because as I saw, they alter their reviews. Which I'm going to report them. I'm also taking them to small claims court and never go to an aesthetician that requires you to put a deposit down most don't and I should've known better so many wonderful places out there shop around and don't make the same mistake I did..

When I told him I wanted to be a specific size, he said they don't do things that way. I was then given the option of different size implants with cc's and was told to figure out which size I wanted. When I chose the smaller size, the staff and doctor recommended I size up, that I wouldn't be happy enough. They said everyone decides that what they went with was too small and always wishes they had gone bigger. When I woke up from the surgery, the first thing I said was, I hated them they were too big, the staff blew me off with that response and told me to come back for my follow up appointment. At all of my follow up appointments I voiced my concern about how I still did not like the way I looked, that they were too large. I was ignored by both the staff and the doctor every time I voiced my opinion about it. After my last follow up it was as if I no longer existed. I have now lived this way since 2015 hating my breasts every day.
