I am definitely surprised by the negative reviews. If you want to complain about food/beverage prices, do not eat at a movie theater. Glad we have that out of the way. I have found all of the employees to be very friendly. The chairs, are very comfortable & can be laid back very comfortable. The screen is fine & sound is very good. This theater is filthy. The bathrooms the theater itself. Staff is standing around on their phones. The seats and floor are covered in pop corn and wrappers. It doesn't appear to have been cleaned at all any time recently. read more

I'm updating my review for parents. This is more of an FYI than a complaint. The men's restroom has no privacy screen(s) at the urinals. And they are located right as you enter the men's restroom. Younger children are at eye level to things you may not want them to see or be exposed to due to the poor(antiquated) restroom design. I've gone here many times over the years, and have never seen any perverse behavior, but an unfortunate encounter could lead to conversations you may not want to have for a few years. read more

Theater staff has always been friendly when visiting. We love having a theater local so we can hit the movies anytime.

On a day when it was cool (64) and raining, they had the air conditioning running the entire movie. And it felt colder inside than outside. Very uncomfortable for 2 + hours!! Adjust to outside temps and it would be a 5 star rating!! read more

I went to go see Spider-Man: Far From Home at the Indian Mound Mall's AMC Theater. That was a big mistake. The start time for the movie was 11:45am. They showed ads and ads and previews (5 movie previews that could have been shown in ten minutes). The movie did not start until 12:32pm?! They showed 47 minutes of ads and previews from the time the movie was supposed to start. I could have been almost halfway into the movie by the time it started. They showed three ads, back to back, for The Movies on CNN. Completely unnecessary. read more

I purchased tickets from the theater, but i putchaded them for the wrong day. Mind you I did this on line. I should never purchase things on line but any way. I tried to get a refund ON LINE, to no avail. So I purchased the tickets for the correct day. To the point I spoke with the manager at the theater. Really nice guy. He gave my two ticket to another movie of our choice. It doesn't end there. He also gave me two tickets to cover the consetions i had purchased for the day before. Don't order your snacks ahead to be delivered to your auditorium because the young kids working there will stand at the counter holding it in place because it might run away. Had to go up and miss part of the movie to get the order meanwhile they were doing nothing. There are no attendants. Young kids running around bouncing movie to movie with no tickets or parents being loud and disruptive. read more

Terrible experience at AMC don't waste your money They are far from customer friendly.

After over 30 years of coming here I have had enough. what once was a treasured experience has now become awful. The entry/lobby, restrooms, theatre, and seats were disgusting. AMC come rescue your movie house!! Will have to travel outside of Licking County to take family to movies. Very sad!!! read more

This theater has been redone beautifully! Comfy red recliners and reserved seating give it a real luxury feel but still has a small town vibe. The staff was very friendly and the sound and video quality in the theater was really top notch. Make sure to sign up for a free Stubs account on the AMC theater website it gives you free refills on popcorn, discounts, waived convenience fees on online tickets, etc! read more

Completely redone. One of the best theaters around now. Before this theater was dirty like the previous review mentioned. Now it's like a smaller version of the Easton theater. All theaters are reserved seating with reclining seats, improved snack bar, and a bar. Very impressive renovation. read more

This place is ridiculous! The ticket prices are too high and their food prices are highway robbery...then they are sold out of their advertized foods on a saturday night! The restrooms are filthy! I would not see another movie here:( I'll stick with cinemark. read more

You could not pay me money to ever sit foot back into this theater. We were in a movie where at least a dozen high school kids came in talking yelling throwing popcorn and most on their phones. Not one worker ever stepped foot into the theater. We finally went out to report them and not one worker could be found. No one was at the concession stand not one at customer service not one anyplace. The kids were going from movie to movie. Where were the workers???? Wed March 29 7:20 movie. I hope they all get fired. Worst movie experience of my life. AND THE BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!!!!! Do not go there!!!! read more

NO MATINEE WHY ??? The kids went back to school so you stop showing movies during the daytime ? What about people that work on the weekend or retirees that want to go to the movies. PLEASE OPEN BACK UP DURING THE DAYTIME. AMC has done a great job with this theater for our community, don't mess it up and prevent us from SPENDING MONEY HERE during the day. read more
