I will say I did notice that the bathroom and floors were a little dirty for it being so early in the morning but hey, no big deal. The screen flickered a few times during the movie. The individual who checked us in and pointed us to our theater was very friendly and seemed enthusiastic. We bought our tickets online and the process was easy. For two "discounted price" adult tickets, the total came out to $26 due to a service fee being added on.

What stood out was the self serve popcorn! I had never seen that at a movie theater before! It was so cool! You buy the popcorn bucket and then go get your own popcorn and you can add butter as well. There is NON STOP POPCORN! You can just go back and refill. The popcorn prices were typical, in my opinion. They have hot food as well but it stops at 10pm. They also sell beer and wine. I got lucky and the staff let me get good. I ordered boneless garlic parm wings and fries. You can come back to get it or have it brought to your seat, shin is what I did. I received the food in 9 mins. The fries were HOT! The wings were an appropriate temperature And they tasted decent. I like my wings saucy and wasn't that. The prices for the hot food is actually affordable! The movie started about 10 mins after showtime, which is quick ! Left to go to the restroom as I'm used to 30 min previews. My friend told me the movie started as soon as I left. I love the promptness! I wish this type of movie theater was in the city where I live! The seats were clean and they reclined. They have little trays with cup holders for your food, which was awesome! When I was booking the tickets, I saw they even have love seat type seating on the bottom row for couples. That is so awesome and cool. When I'm in town visiting again, I would most definitely stop by here if there's a movie playing I want to see! I will note that we looked at 2 different movies and the other move cost $5 more which was confusing. It wasn't a 3D or specialty type of movie showing.

RACIAL PROFILING!! February 16, 2018 was my first visit to this theatre. I purchased a total of 6…read moretickets to see the Black Panther movie with my family. The theatre was almost at maximum capacity however; the theatre noise level was not loud, rowdy or intolerable. At the peak of the movie, the movie was paused. A male representative (I am assuming the manager on duty) and a police officer entered the theatre. The representative stated, he received a complaint that it was too loud in the theatre and if this behavior continued whomever will be asked to leave and you will not receive your money back. The behavior displayed by this representative was a complete overreaction. Other avenues could have been pursued to rectify this so called "problem." Not once did our theatre receive a warning or warnings for that matter to automatically resort to removal and loss of funds. Secondly, if this is a premiere weekend of a movie, can the volume not be adjusted in anticipation for a large and/or sold out crowd. My last point and main issue is that the police officers' presence insinuated we as attendees were a threat or were less civilized in the theatre. Because there were majority black paid patrons in our theatre the noise complaint and solution had a racial undertone. I have called this theatre and left voicemails with the corporate office without a returned phone call or response. I do not, I repeat, DO NOT recommend your theatre to anyone in response to this mistreatment.

The employees worked efficiently to complete our food orders before we headed into the movie. The theater was impressive with reclining seats and a great sound system (even though I thought it was a bit too high volume). My only negative comments are - the louder movie in the theater next door overshadowed the quieter movie I was watching. The other comment was the same commercials repeated over and over before the movie began.

The restrooms were still not clean enough and could use more attention. With all the staff working there, they had plenty of staff to keep the building clean.
