We called and scheduled Jimmy to come back; he did, assessed the system, and gave us some estimates and options based on the information he gathered when he initially came out. Other hvac technicians will tell you to just replace the system without checking anything. Quality of service: Well, this technician gave me options to get me going. In fact, he gave me 3 options and it was MY decision on what we should do. When I made the decision to replace the fully hvac (not from any pressure from the technician), he was able to fix it so that I had heat until they came back to replace it. They saved me time and money, which is value to me! Value delivered: Other hvac companies are rude and have sneaky sales tactics. Not Rocky hvac. I have tried reaching out multiple ways, including email, Yelp message, phone call, voicemail, and text message, but have not received a response. I understand companies get busy, but when a recently installed HVAC system has an issue, I would expect some level of follow-up, especially if warranty service may be involved. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with the lack of communication after the installation. The initial work may have been completed, but the lack of response when a problem came up has made it difficult to recommend them.

It took a 15 days to get the parts, but that was not a problem. They sent the second string tech to install the parts and he did complain about the commission the other tech was getting for selling me the replacement parts. Tech #2 did not use a ground Strap before touching the new circuit board! This can cause problems in the future from static discharge. Remember the service providers are on commission!
