It…read morereminded me of the time a few years back when I took her 50th anniversary "looked like a diamond banded ring" to Jeremy's workshop to have the ring appraised (I was having diamonds from another ring made into earrings). When I came back about 2 weeks later I was quite happy with my new earrings, but when I asked about the other ring the fellow working there told me that they were not real diamonds and so he threw them away. While he returned the gold band, all 10 stones were gone. I did not give him instructions to do this, nor not to do this... who would have dreamed that he would throw them away? I think it extremely unprofessional that he tossed the stones without my permission. I wanted to keep the ring intact for sentimental reasons. Never again will I go there... inappropriate service to say the least. I spoke to two jewelers recently, and both did not understand why Jeremy's would remove the stones to appraise, and secondly thought it very odd that a jeweler would toss stones without permission... hmmmm?

I have no Metro near me so OFF to longos I go!Except I never usually shop here so I contact them on facebook and ask them to check if these rare Charisma potatoes are in stock. They said YES they are! I go to the store.. Cant find them anywhere. I ask a stock boy, he seemed about as interested in what I was saying as his daily homework. He doesnt know what I'm talking about. I leave, Message Longos facebook again and tell them what happend. I leave the store and the reply back saying "No its in the store next to the mushrooms". I drive all the way back. Nothing there. I ask a manager this time and he says " OHHH I thought the facebook lady wanted Parisienne potatos...", then he goes on a long 10 minute discussion about how "Maybe we'll get them but maybe we wont". I leave the store and message their facebook telling them i'll never go to the store again ( I never have), and they ask if a manager can call me. Whats the point? So he can tell me farming is hard and maybe they wont get them?? How bout them potatoes...

Great place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. The grounds are huge - went to the museum first. Well organized - all the exhibits are in a linear circuit with the Group of Seven landscape paintings near the beginning - grouped by painting location. Lots of native art - especially on the second floor. Make time to walk around the grounds whether it's a short hike to the cemetery and sculpture garden or a more extensive jaunt around the Humber River behind the museum. Parking is current seven dollars. Every third Sunday is free. This museum will Be shutting down for 2-3 years for renovation later this year...

That's the best way I can describe her style and designs. She tries to make sure her clothing appeals to a younger crowd (while also having stylish but conservative attire for older age groups). Her designs are incredibly stylish, inventive, and reflects current trends. Colourful, but cut well, and stylish. The Showroom: Mani Jassal herself is incredibly sweet, helpful, and responsive. Visiting her showroom is by appointment only, so you have to reach out by email to set something up. Once you're there (with Drake and upbeat hip hop humming in the background), someone is there to assist you with finding what you're looking for. The showroom is clean, presented well, and reflects a truly modern and trendy style without straying too far from the foundations of Indian dress. Pricing: We actually found pricing to be very reasonable, compared to other more traditional shops we visited in Mississauga/Brampton. Overall, we were really glad we found Mani. If you're looking for Indian formal wear that's on the trendier and modern side (but still reflecting Indian dress style), this is the place for you. I highly recommend checking out her shop!

Let's start with the customer service: Vanette is the most friendly, down to earth, and amazing sales associate I have spoken to in a long time. As another retail employee, I model my service on hers. I spent probably 15-20 minutes just chatting with her - she didn't make me feel pressured or unwelcome in any way, which is much appreciated (and to be honest, can be rare nowadays). I appreciate the good customer service. I am more of a mid century modern guy while this collection is very contemporary. However, I still like a lot of their things personally (huge, gorgeous live edge acacia dining table made me wish I had a bigger apartment). TL;DR: this store has out of this world customer service and a very nice collection. Vanette really deserves to be recognized as she is outstanding.
