The pizzas were wood fired and the dough was so chewy and airy. The pasta was al dente and the shrimp was so good. The kids loved the cookies too! A short 10 min taxi from the Westin. It is inside the El Merkado food hall so the ambiance is multiple stands of different concepts/styles of cuisine and then tables spread out for seating. Would definitely return!

It is an extremely small space and they'll pass you multiple times without looking your way so you can call them over. We waited almost 15 minutes before ordering then didn't get our drinks for another 15 minutes (bottled water!!?). My boyfriend ended up going to the counter, which was about 12 feet away from us, and asking for it himself. It took about another 10 minutes before our carpaccio came and I was extremely hangry (sorry @ bf). However, after taking my initial bite, I was ALL SMILES! One of the best carpaccio plates I've ever had in my life. I ate most of it (thanks @ bf). Still, we were more than halfway done with the plate before our pastas came. I got the short rib rigatoni -- the short rib was decent but there were maybe 4 chunks in the entire thing (not huge chunks either) and the rigatoni was a level above al dente. I was not a fan, so bf and I switched pastas. The shrimp scampi fettuccini was OK -- there was actually a good amount of shrimp in it! The pasta was also OK, it just didn't feel like any of the sauce absorbed into it. Pasta was definitely on the thicker side. Overall, would not return. Definitely not worth the price. Might have given 1-2 stars if not for the saving grace: carpaccio. Actually, I guess I would return solely for the carpaccio as both my app and main dish. Highly recommend stopping in for that dish as a mid-day snack or what have you.

I'll tell you right now if you're anywhere near Cabo and you skip Los Tres Gallos, you messed up…read more This place sits right in downtown but once you walk inside boom beautiful courtyard, lights hanging everywhere, and a mariachi band that doesn't just play music... they attack your table with joy. I'm talking the kind of band that makes you want to order another margarita just so you can clap along like you suddenly grew up in Guadalajara. And the food? Real-deal Mexican classics mole, enchiladas, chile rellenos big flavors coming out of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. Now let's talk about the chips and salsa, because I didn't come here to play games. Some restaurants give you chips like they're doing you a favor three chips and a little salsa like it's a museum sample. Not here. These chips show up ready to party. Crunchy, warm, and the salsa hits you like, "Hola amigo, welcome to flavor." Add the incredible service and that mariachi band floating through the courtyard and suddenly dinner turns into a whole event. Honestly, this place was one of the highlights of my Cabo trip and my socks? Yeah... they're still somewhere on the floor from those chips and salsa.

Environment was nice up until the flies swarm your food and staff does nothing about it!…read more Happened on 2026-04-12 at 6pm, lovely evening, the restaurant has a nice environment and food came out quick. But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.

Casa Martín - My husband's habanero linguine

The Habanero linguine is the thing to get here though! Wow! Our friends also had the lobster risotto. I added some anchovies to the lobster risotto & really set it off. The ravioli they gave each person, before the main meal comes out, is amazing! The signature cocktails were really light. Couldn't taste any alcohol. So consider that, depending on your preference. Great place. Highly recommend.

It was just me and my husband, but there were quite a few larger groups dining while we were here. The service is wonderful. We had two main waiters, both of whom were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The cocktails and the wine we ordered were wonderful. I really loved the cocktail we ordered! Our dining experience was nice, but the food we ordered was just okay. I wouldn't call it some of the best of Cabo. Of our six dinners in Cabo, I would say it was probably our second to least favorite. But, that's not saying it was bad! It just wasn't on par with the other restaurants we dined at. First, I told the restaurant both when I made the reservation and when two different people at the restaurant inquired about food restrictions that I could not have cheese. The first thing served to us - an amuse bouche - was heavy on the cheese. It was a rather large ravioli, which was much larger than a normal amuse bouche -- and it had cheese inside the ravioli, a cheesy sauce, and cheese grated on top. So I could not eat a bite of it. My husband said it was just okay. The best thing we ordered here was the aguachile. It was beautiful, colorful, artfully presented, and absolutely delicious. So fresh, and well prepared. Loved it! Our main courses, however, were a little disappointing. They tasted fine, but ate more like the kind of main course you would order at a chain Italian restaurant in the US: heavy, chewy, and generic. But my personal saddest moment was when the churros arrived. I love churros, so very much. These looked beautiful, but when my husband and I cut into ours, they were all raw on the inside. So the flavor outside was delicious but we couldn't eat more than the ends of the churros. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of dining at Casa Martin... I just wish the food was better. I am hoping it was just an off night, and I look forward to revisiting this restaurant on a future visit to Cabo and hopefully having a better meal (but the aguachile was seriously so good - order that!).

The waitor was attentive and he brought out complimentary dessert for the table following our meal. You've got a tree growing in the middle of the restaurant, are there going to be some bugs in an open air restaurant, hell yes there is. But who cares, you're in Cabo on vacation, and you just took a scorpion shot at the cantina next door. 10/10 Recommend!

The evening we dined here it was raining, and while that is normally not significant, Roasted is partially open-air with the middle of the restaurant having no cover, so the rain was pouring in and effectively closed 60% of the place. When we arrived, the hostess and owner were apologetic and offered to rebook us, but we aren't quitters and a little rain does hurt us...but they also had a table near the entrance that was covered, so we decided to take it and enjoy our evening. Best decision ever! We started our evening off with a few cocktails paired with shrimp ceviche, queso fundido with chorizo, guacamole and an assortment of salsas. Once we ate through all this goodness, we tossed in our main courses of short rib, octopus, imperial shrimp and tampequena's. Finally we rounded out our meal with a few desserts consisting of cheesecake, chocolate flan and key lime pie! Everything was cooked to perfection, plated beautifully and absolutely delectable from first to last bite! The tampequena was my order and consisted of flank steak sided with a chile relleno and quesadilla...all of my favorite things as one meal? Sign me up! The desserts were delightful with all of us non-flan people being converted after trying the chocolate flan! Ownership put the desserts and a round of tequila shots on the house due to rain, which is more than they had to do. We were beyond thankful and appreciative. Service was phenomenal as well. Our server, the hostess, owner and food runners were all engaged, friendly and helpful. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous! The lit tree in the middle of the restaurant is a centerpiece and a perfect anchor to the decor and vibe. Overall, Roasted was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time, and definitely the best one we had while in Cabo. Do yourself a favor and come here! We definitely know we will be back!

The live music was fantastic and added so much to the overall vibe. From a setting standpoint, it's hard to beat. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the ambiance. The menu was extremely limited and incredibly overpriced. There were no kids' options at all, which was surprising given that they have such a great activity area clearly geared toward families. We ended up ordering a $40 USD pizza for our 6-year-old -- which feels absurd. I make pizza at home on our Ooni that's just as good, if not better, for a fraction of the cost. It's hard to justify those prices, especially without a smaller or kid-friendly option available. The least expensive glass of wine was $32 USD, which felt excessive. We also happened to visit during a seasonal menu rotation that heavily featured tomatoes, capers, and pork -- three ingredients my wife (whose birthday we were celebrating) doesn't care for. Unfortunately, they don't publish their menu in advance, so we didn't know this until we arrived. To their credit, our server recognized we weren't thrilled and brought over a manager who was very kind and professional. He offered to buy my wife a glass of wine and send over ice cream for our son. However, our son has a nut allergy, and we were told that every flavor made onsite could be cross-contaminated with nuts -- so he wasn't able to enjoy that gesture either. It's disappointing because this is a place that appears to cater to families, yet it feels both difficult and very expensive to bring children here. The setting and atmosphere are beautiful, but for us, the value and overall experience just didn't match the price point.
