Apparently the clerk I got on the phone was, unfortunately the same one that has gotten several negative reviews. She sounded older, think she said her name was Martha. I hadn't even finished telling her what I was looking for, and she cut me off, saying "Could you please call back, thank you" and hung up on me! Just like that! Not sure I want to make an hour and a half round-trip if she's going to be running the store, and I don't even know if they have what I want! We did not see the no food and drink signs and my husband brought in an empty metal cup. We were told as the woman walked past us and not to our faces, her back turned to us the whole time, to put it at the front but my husband wanted to hold onto it just to not forget it and my husband even indicated it was empty. The woman then proceeded to loudly talk about us with another worker as we were also the only ones in the store. She said "they can probably hear me talking about them" and said it was rude and she didn't like rude people. We promptly put back the merchandise we had been holding to buy and left the store, she was also singly loudly a song about thieves and jokers and singing get out. Yes we did not see the signs walking into the shop as there is a lot going on in terms of signs at the front of the door so a kind warning letting us know drinks and food are not allowed would have been sufficient. She did not have to talk loudly about us trying to embarrass us to the other worker. This is not even kind or customer care at all. If you would liked to be talked down to and treated poorly this is your shop. Not that it should matter, but I am also a visibly Muslim woman and she was very peachy to other Caucasian customers prior to our entering the store.

Happy the they have extended sizes- they carry up to 5XL. Most of the selections for men went up to 3XL. No extra charges for using your credit card- purchase just needs to be at least $4 Same guy was working the 3x we popped in during our recent visit to MB- he was happy to let us try on various items and take photos to send home to friends and family to ask color and size questions. They even had new items that went out on the sales rack while we were here- made hubby very happy. He gleefully said it was going to make his fall wardrobe more exciting.

Some displays were behind glass, but the majority were open, counting on the carefulness of customers. We stopped by to see if we could pick up a memento from Morro Bay, but no luck. My wife did end up buying a blouse from a brand that she liked, so the trip wasn't a total loss. When I ordered a new mattress and box spring, Lee said he would drain and haul away our water mattress. That proved to be quite a major and time-consuming effort. But he did it and he and his crew hauled it away and installed the new mattress. They also delivered a beautiful new chair.
