I've been on a couple of Amazon fulfillment center tours prior to this one - and this one was just as fun and informative.
Scheduling can be a challenge now - it was pretty wide open when they opened back for live factory tours post Covid a couple months ago.
My group had several special needs folks with us and the tour guide did a phenomenal job keeping them engaged, staying with the group, and showing them around.
Parking is super easy and plentiful. Tour guide will answer any questions - though he'll say I don't know, or I am not allowed to answer that. It's a free tour, and the operations are fascinating. They also accommodate for wheelchair among other disabilities.
Now whether or not Amazon treats their employees and runs their businesses is a separate matter...but for specifically the tour itself - 5 stars! What a comprehensive system they've set up. I got a Amazon factory tours branded bag as swag. No pictures allowed inside the warehouse proper unfortunately. read more
