Lots of parking inn a dedicated lot but it can be tricky to get in and out with the other businesses in the area. Everyone I've talked to has been very nice, even in the DPS area. If you go earlier on a week day it's not too bad but it can get crazy on weekends. The store always has sales on luggage if you're in the market. I haven't used a travel agency before, but I've heard good things about theirs.
