This is a 'must do' for anyone who lives in, or is just visiting St. Paul!

Pique Travel planned two amazing trips to Italy and Africa…read more Liz planned our family trip to Italy and did a phenomenal job giving us tremendous hotel and unique tour options for each day of our trip. She made everything easy by providing a few options for excursions for each day along with descriptions to allow our family to choose and easily customize our trip to meet our needs. The hotel choices were fantastic and the day tours were exceptional. She helped us to best determine the number of days to spend in each area we visited (Rome, Florence, Cinque Terre, Bologna and Venice) to see and do what we wanted in each area. We had the family trip of a lifetime with everything completely organized so that we could just focus on our trip and family time spent together. Exceptional service! Kris planned a trip to Africa for my mother and a companion who are seniors - both with mobility issues. My mother had dreamed of a trip like this but didn't think it possible due to arthritis and neuropathy which makes it difficult for her to walk at times. Fear not - Kris had everything completely planned for them to accommodate for the mobility issues to allow both of them to truly experience everything just as an able bodied person could. They were completely thrilled with the entire trip and experience. Kris' experience and knowledge of Africa exceeded all of their expectations on a trip. I highly recommend Pique Travel for their expertise, communication skills and their ability to help you design a trip customized to your needs!

It all felt VERY scam oriented to me and I did not use my card. I am giving the recipients a Visa gift card for the amount of the tour instead.

I like that the bus entrance is easy to find and they have easy signs to follow. They allow ppl to stand however kids cannot (coach style buses and the handle to hold is higher up). I feel like that should have been communicated before having people board the bus agreeing to stand if they have kids. People were asked to give up seats instead of having them wait in line like everyone else had to. They did have puke bags which someone on our bus did get sick (standing). The new station is nice, however they did not construct it in the most efficient way for parking to bus. There are 5 doors from the parking ramp to the bus entrance, so certainly room for opportunity there. There is a light rail stop here that is coming for 2027 so I am eager to see how that performs. I am hoping to see the service return to pre covid as right now there is a bus arriving about every 15 mins during the AM time and 10 years ago there was constant busses before which were amazing. It is nice to be able to just unwind on the bus and read or listen to podcasts or just sit and not have to worry about anything. There are some bus drivers who do need some more training as it is hit or miss on if you got a driver that is slamming on the breaks or one that is a good bus driver.

As tourists staying in M'polis for a week we tried to visit this visitor center twice, but it was closed. The third time was a charm, but that was already halfway through our trip. It would have been nice to have been able to visit at the beginning of our stay when we needed information. We also found their 10-4 hours a little inconvenient as we like to get up and out early while on vacation. Besides that, the staff were very friendly and the store/info center is nicely appointed, if a little sparse. They do sell postcards if you're looking for some.
