I had to find a new office due to insurance purposes. They got me in ASAP. My tooth was hurting - I had a cracked filling that I knew I would need a root canal. I did have a little wait - prob 20 mins past my appointment time. All of the dental hygiene staff in the back were nice. I told them I was anxious and they assured me I'd be okay. Dr. Hassan told me he would make sure I didn't feel too much pain and was patient with me when I was ready to get the numbing shot in my mouth. But he def made sure I was comfortable and okay. They do see a lot of patients but I didn't feel like my treatment was rushed. They put the white fillings where my old silver ones were and my teeth look great. I'll be back for cleanings and treatments in the future! read more

The whole staff is amazing just like the name says! The dentist is had was super amazing. I was there all day but has fixed everything that was wrong in my mouth! No other dentist has ever done that. The amount of work he done in 1 day would of taken another dentist 6 months to do! He didnt let me leave unhappy, he fixed my smile the way I wanted it. I didnt like the way one of my teeth wasnt lined up with the rest of them and he lengthened it to match the rest of my teeth. I just love this dentist office! I took my brother who has Down syndrome to have his teeth cleaned. Took him back, he did x rays with no issues. Took him to the room and dental assistant said let me look in your mouth, again him cooperating with no issues. She looked at me and said I'm going to refer him to Miami valley to be put under, they will clean his teeth and do anything necessary. I said he has never had any issues going to the dentist in the 53 years he has been going. She said for "His Type" it would be easier. Excuse me, did you actually say for "His Type" and saying this in front of my brother where he understands everything!!!! DISGUSTING!!! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. My appointment was at 9 and I didnt leave the office until 1:50. It was for a simple root canal and filling. They would do a little work then leave for like 30 minutes. They did this the whole time. One time he stopped to make a grocery list. Another time it was to eat lunch or work on another patient. He even stopped to talk to a friend who walked in. While he was working on my mouth he answered his phone put it on speaker and had a completely unrelated conversation about rentals while working on me. Completely unprofessional and there was absolutely no reason for me to be there 5.t hours. read more

While the waiting area was packed, they got me in pretty fast. I was seen for an oral exam and cleaning & they even fixed a tooth I had chipped a while ago. Everyone was super nice & I felt extremely comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that I had to wait a while to see the doctor in order for me to leave but all around the service was great. read more

oh man where do i start? first off walking in an employee was cussing out a customer on the phone and screaming to where everyone could hear. The walls are disgusting and you can tell they don't sweep the place. Took an hour and 30 minutes to see a dr. when the dr came in he looked at teeth and just left no words were spoken no hi no anything. other people came in and out did what they had to do no conversation and just left without telling me what was going on. The dentist Dr. Hasan and the hygienist Echo made my experience so good that I don't fear going back. They take time and care with their patients. Ive had braces on from this place since 8th grade and I have never had a worse experience with any other business than I do with amazing smiles. The doctor does not take his time to actually see what you need and you will be left with the bare minimum ever visit . After all these years my teeth are still not where they need to be and they drag out each appointment just to take your money not to mention being scheduled at a certain time just to wait an extended 2 hours... the place is crowded with 0 structure and me being a teen with very little experiences with bad businesses, i can say this is the worse place to receive dental care... I honestly think the worst part about it is that the employees on front desk will make your experience so shitty before you are even treated. they just want insurance money and it shows . please save yourselves some time read more

I dropped my granddaughter at her 10AM appointment. She finally got in to have her cleaning done at 12:30PM. She came out at 2:30 PM. I asked if it took two hours to do the work and she said "no most of the time was waiting on the doctor to approve the nurses work, some times he forgets" Also, this isn't the first time this has happened". I asked the receptionist why it took so long and she said they were short staffed and had a lot of emergency broken wires (quality of work issue?). I said my granddaughter had a 10AM appointment, you took other people in who didn't have appointments and made her wait? No reply. Obviously this doctor has instructed his staff to over book in order to make the most money he can. I tried to call back several times and it just kept going to voicemail. They over book severely.
