They had nothing soon for later afternoon as well which is what my original appointment that they gave away was. People have jobs and lives. Absolutely unacceptable all around. The office workers just well there's nothing we can do, I understand you're just doing your job and you're bad at it. No empathy for a "mistake" on your end.

I would not even give them a star! Please no one go there. It is a joke. My friend has a small…read moremouth and Dr Crume and his assistant said they don't even work on small mouths after they messed her up. No wonder they messed her up. He told her he doesn't know how anyone could clean her teeth because her mouth is so small. they should of never touched her if her mouth was to small. Its all about money. She has cried and cried over it. She is terrified of dentists and they told her before she had it done they would take good care of her and said they could do her implants and clearly they couldnt. They just want your money and don't care what it looks like. ClearChoice needs to fire that fool. He is rude and so does the other dentist with him now and the assistance's. If you have a small mouth don't go there. They mess her all up and tell her that you need to go to a cosmetic place for her mouth not being straight now and it wasn't before. She looks a lot older now then she did before she went. They are trying to kick her out and only give her half of her money back after she gives them their teeth back. That is bull. Everything they have put her threw and its going on 2 yrs, she should get all her money back and then some for stress and mental abuse. They lie to her all the time. They say one thing for the next appt. and they do something else. So they tried to get her to get her permanent ones when they were suppose to make her a new set of temps. they have her mouth all messed up. They are trying to give her permanent ones even know her teeth isn't right. Thats bs. He needs fired. the other female dentist did the bite test on her teeth and they weren't even touching and she is just as rude as him and she told her she is the professional and she knows what she is talking about. lol.. She has her on butt covered. They gang up on my friend. This time they came in with orders or else. Then Crume brought up a different material to use on her and she ask to tell them what it was or give her information on it and he refused to tell her what it was. If that isn't shady I don't know what is. Plus they have made her implants feel a lot of pressure on them and she told them and they acting like they didn't know what she was talking about like they were trying to bend them and she told them again and they said it was was because the switched the screws on them. She told them they were hurting her. I think they are trying to make them fail. They are ass holes. Please don't go there. From what she says she hardly never sees anyone in the waiting room but they always say they are booked. It took my friend a long time to decide to do this because of her fear of dentists. They make her look worse then before she got hers done. it isn't her fought they don't measure and center her teeth right. They are suppose to know how do do this or just can any dentist do this. Maybe there should be a law against this.

I've visited my fair share of dental offices. Dr. Phuoc Tran's West Chester Family Dentistry office…read moreblow everyone else out of the water. Firstly, the building is owned by Dr. Tran himself. Thus, the entire area is kept clean and pristine. The waiting room has a giant aquarium which takes up about half of the wall. It's a salt water tank with many fishes that'll remind you of Finding Nemo! (His kids had a hand in picking these out). Also, there's plenty of refreshments available to you on arrival. My personal favorite is to monopolize the keurig machine and snag a mocha flavored k-cup. The receptionists here are warm and happy. Always energetic, they seem genuinely interested in engaging in conversation. The dental hygienists are equally as fun, making a dreaded visit to the dentist not so bad. The chairs and TV themselves are new and up-to-date. I could easily fall asleep in one of those things while staring at the tv directly above me. Quite pleasant. Dr. Tran is amazing. He's very approachable and amiable. He's always engaged in his patients and is getting life updates. Note: if you want to get him riled up, challenge him to a table tennis match!

Initially the consultation was to cost around $350. Then, he needed me to come back. Then, he needed another $300 or so. He needed bitewings of teeth my family dentist had xrayed. Then he needed a panorex, another duplication of services. Then he needed a 3rd appt for an additional fee. In all, I spent more than $1000. His description of what he could do to fix my mouth was no more convincing than anyone else's, but I was convinced his process would nickel-and-dime me for more money than he quoted me. Additionally, he was not warm. I did not feel the kind of personal reassurance a person would want if they were facing having 4 implants ripped out and bone shoved in and new implants screwed into the new material.
