I show up on time for my appointment and they said that "somehow" my appointment was cancelled along with someone else earlier that day. They had put someone in my slot and took them back but said that their hygienists would have work me in or I could make another appointment 6 months out from now!!!! The front desk blonde woman had an attitude as soon as I pushed back on the fact that they made the error and shouldn't have the person they put in my appointment not have to wait and I do. The "manager" then came out and was just as bad with her customer service skills as the receptionist. She stated that I either take their offer or leave.

For my crowns, I needed them done ASAP (they were 2 front crowns I needed done before my wedding) He helped expedite them to get finished just in time! He also, relentlessly worked with my insurance to maximize my benefits. No other Doctor nor Dentist has done that for me in the past. Painless as well. I was making monthly payments but I misunderstood that is not good enough, and my account was sent to a collection agency without notifying me first. I had no idea that I was at risk of going into collections until I received a letter from the agency demanding cooperation. Wouldn't it be a better practice to ask people on their first visit something like, "will you be able to pay several hundred dollars in one payment, a few payments, or within one year? I am basically a wage earner trying to get my debts taken care of and I have dental insurance. As much hard work that it takes to get my credit score back up to a good standing something like this will ruin it just in one transaction. I went to talk to him about it and he agreed to remove my account from collections but now it was at the cost tat I will never go back. He made $1000 on my first dental procedure and I requested another appointment before I realized the balance has to be paid in full before any more work. Be sure you know what you are getting into before getting your teeth worked on.

Turns out that after I called multiple times and left a message on the 3rd or 4th call. I got an automated text, then texted with this staff member to find out that the appointment was canceled and they never told the patients. I also saw a FB review today from another patient that the practice had about a year ago that it seems was borderline assaulted by the dentist. STEER CLEAR

Much more thorough & hands-on than any other dentist we've ever been to. He also doesn't push the cosmetic stuff, unlike most dentists seem to do, but instead is more interested in your oral health.
