Came as walk in. No line no waiting. Had a very pleasant experience thought she did not speak much English or Spanish, we communicated well. The spa pedicure and message was exceptional along with the massage chair that helped my back pain. The manicure was professional and well done. Worth the $46 plus gratuity. read more

I am from out of town and noticed this salon when I was shopping at the grocery store next to it earlier in the week... I decided to give them a try and made an appointment at 1:30pm July 8th. When I arrived I was greeted by a young man and he had me choose my polish for my mani.-pedi and sat me right away. My technician was an older woman by the name of "Que". She was quiet but I did not mind. I was there to relax not chat. I did learn that it was a family run business and her son-in-law was the one that greeted me and her daughter was also working that day. Que paid strict attention to detail and her massage to my hands and feet were both therapeutic and relaxing. The results were flawless. When I went to leave her son-in-law addressed me by my name and thanked me for coming in. I will return on my next trip to Key West. read more

oh my gosh- DO NOT ever come here. The RUDEST staff I've ever met in my life. I came in and requested a polish/style and a lady (maybe the manager or owner?) who was getting her nails done loudly said with her back to me and a mouth full of food YEA WE DONT DO THAT. I was really taken back and said I get it done a lot and instead of trying to figure out what I wanted continuously shut me down. I asked for TWO other styles/colors to which she walked over loudly with an attitude and said I can't have it done. These were very simple requests by the way- pink and white or ombré French. I wasn't asking them to paint the Eiffel Tower on my pinky toe. While sitting in the pedicure chair she told me that maybe I should go somewhere else. The nail tech had literally already started- I told her I would only be talking to my nail tech now and she walked off talking loudly in another language. SO RUDE and SO uncomfortable. I've been here before and the staff were a mother and daughter who were SO nice and SO wonderful!! Not sure why this cranky chick works in customer service. I've never met anyone who hates their job or working with people quite like this person. Everyone else was very sweet and nice- if she's the owner I definitely won't be supporting this business any more. She sucks. read more

First off, I went to get a mani pedi and the nail technicians were not friendly. I was the first customer in the store so there is no excuse. The pedicure was extremely rough and the technician cut too close to the skin. When I was ready for my manicure, it was uneven and she made me bleed by cutting my skin multiple times. read more

Got my nails done here on vacation and was looking forward to a cute gel mani/pedi. The actual process of getting them done was like any other mani/pedi for the same price, but I am so disappointed in the result. Before the day was done, my gel manicure had chipped on TWO nails! I hadn't even done anything strenuous that would've warranted them chipping, and it's pretty hard to chip gel manicures, especially on the first day. It's now been four days and each one of my nails is chipped!!! What a waste of money; I would not recommend. read more

The stars are for several things. 1) I rate on customer service... I was treated as soon as I walked in the door. I had a wonderful conversation with both Tom ( man and pedicure) and Hong ( waxing). Was able to get an appt. for same day. 2) cleanliness... Watched Tom and staff scrub pedicure tubs immediately after used, individual tools for customers, sanitizing stations, dust free (Tom even used a brush to make sure there was no dust where my coffee cup went into the holder). 3) job performed... Outstanding manicure and pedicure. Cuticles well trimmed, polish applied perfectly, massage wonderful, dead skin removed from heels. 4) price... Very reasonable. 5) will I come back... Yes! What a shit show. Walked in to have my eye brows dyed. The lady waxed them without asking me. Then had to dye them twice, and kept using rubbing alcohol on my eye brow brunt the shit out of them. After talking with another girl that worked there, she realized that she was to use rubbing alcohol, when she should have been using water. Had this been my first time dying my brow, it would have been my last time, Come out with two very swollen eye brow. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars. My mom and I walked in for a pedicure each and we each got a younger nail technician. My mothers nail tech looked over his shoulder to watch TV while just holding my mom's food about 95% of the time. My nail tech seemed as if she would rather saw off her right arm then be there giving me a pedicure. We regret staying the for the whole pedicure much less pay and tip. read more
