These are the best macarons I have ever had, hands down. I absolutely love macarons and have tried so many over the years. It is really hard to find a macaron with the perfect chew, consistency, and flavor. Stephanie just nails every flavor. The flavors are all very fun, unique, and taste natural, unlike some macarons that can taste like artificial food coloring or overly sweet. I think it is because she uses high-end ingredients. At first, my favorite was the vanilla macaron, then I tried the fruity pebbles, and now that one is my new favorite. My son loves the birthday cake one, and my partner likes pistachio. So I came across Amazing Macarons on a local Facebook page. People were raving about how good they were. My daughter was turing 10 so I figured this was something different. I order a dozen for her and her friends. I also had a bridal luncheon the following day and ordered a dozen for that as well. Stephanie was so kind and even delivered them for me. I took the dozen ( which is a bakers dozen, 13 cookies) with me to my luncheon and omg were they a hit! Everyone wanted more... When I gave my daughter hers the following day, she decided she wasn't sharing with anyone they were too good to share she said.
