Sir I shouldn't be able to see your literal eyeball(s) if I'm sitting behind you, and the way you yelled at me makes me fully understand why your camera is covered: you are not a safe human being to be around. I certainly hope the rest of the company isn't like this. But I won't bother to find out, Qure Way is barred from picking me up in the future. I don't expect drivers to kiss my ass. I expect drivers to at the very least be SAFE drivers and cordial.

Okayyy... So, when I asked about rates, he again said it's impossible for him to say because all he does is plug the variables - like day of week, time of day, distance, wheelchair type, and so on. It's entirely possible that once you get over these initial hurdles that they provide a superb service but If they require that much notice, they shouldn't make claims on their website to cater for people in a hurry. I also have a huge issue with transport companies who aren't up-front about their rates.

So rather than gaining some comfort for my aunt and myself, I am now left with no one for her, and I am extremely frustrated. (The COMPANION was WONDERFUL.) I also cannot imagine I am the only client who has asked to be included in the loop before, during, and after the visits. If you are making the decisions, both financial and otherwise, for a loved one, this is not the place for you.
