What won me over with Turf World was: 1. Jason's transparency about the process with sending me his You Tube videos (the job went exactly as promised); 2. The turf itself was the best (was the closest replica to grass, the Catalina Pro was not the softest turf I sampled but was the sturdiest and prettiest and stood up the best like grass, and even my 6 year old daughter saw that it was the most realistic looking of 13 samples); 3) his communication, always prompt and complete, and 4) his price was the best. After researching this for 2 months, I went with Turf World and I am thrilled with the result. My advice? Go around and look at installations. Watch videos. I did and after a ton of consideration I went with Turf Word and I am a 100% happy and satisfied customer, And I'm not an easy target. PS remember as you are comparing the turf samples that soft turf flops easier. So it might feel nice, but when it falls flat and looks like a mini golf course after a month you are not going to be happy If you are wanting it to look like an actual lawn, like I did!)

We received numerous positive comments about the artificial grass and many are surprised at how real it looks and feels. We would recommend Jason and AGP.

Not only did Jason Webb take the time to go through the different options of texture, color, length, but he also took me to visit places he had done work. I also have a standard labradoodle (6 yo) and I have had ZERO issues with her messing it up. She doesn't want to dig at all. Pee goes right through the 4 layers of pebbles. Poop is so much easier cleaning up than real grass. She can use it all year 24/7! I highly recommend this company and Jason!

Simon and his team completed essentially all of our exterior landscaping, including both the left and right property-line fences, hardscape and softscape, artificial turf, a decomposed granite patio, Delta Blue Bolero grass, irrigation, mulch, and gravel. The fences were built exactly to the required design, including the use of metal fence posts, and Simon was very attentive to getting the details right. I pay a lot of attention to detail and can be pretty particular about execution. What I really appreciated was that Simon and his crew never seemed put off by the high bar. They understood what we were trying to achieve, worked tirelessly to meet it, and still managed to move at an impressive pace. My experience with Simon is that as long as your design intent is clear and properly communicated, he will find a way to accomplish it. He also had no problem with me being very hands-on throughout the construction process, which I really appreciated. Beyond the contracted work, Simon was incredibly helpful with things that were technically outside the original scope. He was also very flexible with scheduling when I ran into material-supply delays, and always approached changes and problems with a positive, can-do attitude. Just as importantly, Simon is a genuinely enjoyable person to work with. I really enjoyed our end-of-day beers together after wrapping up the work -- a small thing, but it says a lot about the kind of working relationship we had. Simon and his crew are hardworking, capable, responsive, and great people to have around. We're extremely happy with how everything turned out, and I'd happily work with them again.

He was the only one out of my 4 quotes that gave me options of replacing the entire fence, or keeping the good parts and only changing out what was damaged. The other quotes were to throw everything away and rebuild from scratch. Jorge was not like that, he said the wood is still good, and the posts needed more concrete since the builder only went a few inches deep instead of a few feet. Since i was at it, I also had him put concrete and turf in my side yard just so it wouldnt be leaves. It was a wonderful experience. Jorge and the team i could tell took their time and made sure that it was quality work. Fair price, quality work, and nice guy. Will definitely go back to him for my next project

Jorge was very responsive, knowledgeable and had offered the best price.

Days later My wife knocked on the door of one of the homes and asked the owner who had done the work on her yard. Ernesto was a complete pleasure to work with from the moment of our initial conversation until completion of the installation of the artificial turf we ordered. Once we got the approval from our HOA Ernesto started the very next day. Two and a half days later we have a beautiful new front yard. Ernesto is a true professional and provides excellent customer service. He is very courteous and patient. He and his partner work hard together and perform like a well oiled machine. We put out the feelers on Sunday night at 8:30 pm, not expecting to get a reply until Monday morning, but Jacob from Verdigrass responded within 10 minutes! Jacob was very accommodating with my work schedule and actually came to my house by 8:00 am. Since Jacob was coming from Vallejo, I knew it was a long distance and he would have to leave very early in the morning, so again, we were impressed. My meeting with Jacob went very well.
