Update: Well as you can see, it is now August and I have not heard a thing from these people. I didn't even get so much as an apology or a phone call. The fact that some women who simply didn't like the way the lashes looked get a refund but me or my friend who got their eyes completely botched couldn't even get a sincere apology or phone call is ridiculous. Joey Orr, the "owner" if you can even call him that, stated to my friend that if she mailed her doctors note he would "happily refund her". She did as he told her and she never received anything. So beyond unprofessional. Do not say you will refund someone and then ghost them. And do you know what the best part is?!? THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME EMAILS AND MESSAGES FOR THE PROMOTIONS!! I have unsubscribes multiple times and they still continue to send them to me. Why would I return when you gave me and my friend the experience you did? Talking about "no refunds because that was a proper procedure". So what your saying is swollen eyes, fluids coming from your eyes, lashes falling out 3 DAYS AFTER I get them done is a proper procedure? You're saying that's normal and ours eyes were supposed to look like that? That's extremely disturbing to me. It's ok though because I can't imagine this place will last with the way they treat customers‍ This place was an absolute disappointment, waste of money and time. I was so excited to try this place and was so excited for nice lashes. I went last Tuesday 2/5/19 in the morning. Me and my friend (Rachel, the girl who reviewed below) called the studio to let them know we were running late. They said it was no problem. When we got there they told us to ONLY sign the back page. fi This should've been a red flag to me because they never once even after our appointments had us finish filling out the paperwork. I got into my appointment and got my lashes done, which at first looked great. However, I felt like the technician really rushed through the extension process. But fast forward to two days ago. At the end of my appointment, the people here were up selling their lash cleansing kit ($70 which is ridiculous) and I followed their instructions for cleansing the lashes and caring for them to "last longer". Ladies, ITS A COMPLETE MONEY GRAB. Two days ago I went to cleanse them and all of my lash extensions as well as some of my real lashes fell out. I paid $110 plus tip only for the lashes to all fall out not even a week later. The lashes they use look very cheap and low quality. I would love to hear the response to me denying that they are cheap because if they were good quality they wouldn't all fall out when I use the cleansing kit that you hassle and pressure your customers into buying. Ridiculous and a waste of money. Now to my friend who got the two eye infections. These people handled that situation poorly and were extremely unprofessional about their customer getting two eye infections from their studio. Not to mention they completely disregarded the infections and claimed it was an allergic reaction, despite the fact my friend went and saw a doctor confirming that they were infected. The poor girl had fluids coming out of her eyes because they were so infected. They offered her absolutely no compensation for this, not even a refund of her money for not even having the lashes for 24 hours. Even if it was an allergic reaction (which it was not, let's make that very clear right now. Your customer had AN INFECTION, diagnosed by a doctor with 10+ years of schooling in this field) why wouldn't you offer her the "hypoallergenic treatment" free of charge for her troubles at your studio? BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T BE MAKING MONEY! Stay away from this place, they clearly lack basic customer service skills and can not admit when they are at fault in the treatment of their customers. Do not waste your money on this place. Avoid the hassle and go to Lashed up in Collegeville. At least your lashes won't fall out a week later!

The girls that took my lashes off today were great, can't say the same about the facility. Went in on 2/5/19 for the full set of lashes grand opening deal. I got the lashes done and they looked amazing. However 6 hours later my eyes started becoming very irritated and itchy. I thought it may have been because I've never had extensions before and decided to wait until the morning to see how I felt. When I woke up my eyes were extremely puffy and red and burning so bad!!! I knew this wasn't normal and went to the doctor. He told me I had an infection in both of my eyes and advised me to immediately get the extensions removed. I called and they had no problem with me coming in right away but told me there was no refunds lol are you kidding me? My eyes are burning and red as hell and I'm having a legitimate health problem and your not gonna refund me the $90 I spent? Not to mention when I arrived at the studio and told them I had two eye infections, the woman at the counter said "it doesn't look like it" are you my doctor? I put my stuff down and showed her and she got grossed out but how rude to say to someone that just spent money at your studio and contracted not one BUT TWO EYE INFECTIONS??? DISGUSTING and then you still want to say no refunds? Unbelievable. It's clear this place just cares about your money. I will never return to this establishment and I will let everyone know to avoid this place at all cost. I'm sure they would much rather spend $350 on a clean and proper cared extension process than go to a place that has given someone this type of experience. My eyes are in so much pain and my doctor told me that if I would've kept the lashes on there was a possibility the infection could have caused me to lose my sight. Again, WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!! Update: the response from the person who "works" at this place is ridiculous. My eye doctor said THIS WAS NOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION, THIS WAS A BACERTIAL INFECTION OF THE EYE!!! Meaning something that your technician was using was not cleaned properly. Meaning that the technicians hands could have been dirty and they can still infect your eyes. How dare this woman say it's unfair that I leave a poor review, ITS UNFAIR THAT I GOT AN INFECTION FROM YOUR FACILITY AND YOU GUYS SAID "All well, no refund" like I said, clearly you guys do not care about the customer unless they're handing you over some money. Glad that this woman completely disregarded the fact that I went to see a doctor, and got diagnosed with an eye infection. Only proves my point more that they couldn't care less about how much pain and suffering I went through even getting the lashes removed, my eyes were burning the whole entire time!!! They needed two people in the room with me so that one girl could hold a fan in front of my face because my eyes were on fire!!! AN EYE DOCTOR, even saying this infection could have caused me to lose my sight if I didn't treat it right away. I would've appreciated no response rather than a passive aggressive response COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that I had an eye infection and saying "it was an allergic reaction". NO. Her response speaks for itself folks, the minute someone takes $100 from me and gives me not one but two infections, INFECTIONS NOT REACTIONS, that gives me every right to write an honest review whether she thinks that's fair or not. Like I said before, STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

I have no idea why this place is getting such low ratings here on yelp. My experience has been nothing but pleasant. My lash artist is Jasmine. She is gentle and has great attention to detail. My lashes have never felt better. The business space is clean and welcoming. Everything down to the reception staff has been great. Joey, Desiree and Colleen are so friendly and helpful in the front. Do yourself a favor and get here before March ends for a great deal on your first set!

I just got charged again for $119 last time when I write the reviews they were saying that they will have someone to contact me. Nothing for 4 month and suddenly again they charge my card again.

First timer for getting lashes on and truly what a great experience. Everyone there was very nice, professional and accommodating. Loved how many different options there were to chose from and the staff answered ALL of my questions I had, which was a lot! The actual process was very relaxing and the finished product was amazing! I love my lashes and as someone who did not think would like them, they are amazing. They were also helpful with how to care for my lashes and I love all of their products. Would 100% recommend the makeup remover, it's amazing! the Going to continue getting them monthly, all of the compliments I have gotten have been great too! Overall a great experience and great finished product and would recommend to anyone!

Do not go here!!!!! They are not amazing at all and I had to call and complain after the first time I went because it was so bad so they fixed them for free. But after they fixed them they just stuck a lash on like three of my real lashes which is not what your supposed to do.... that made my lashes look so bad and clumped and it was a waste of money. Never again will I go here.
