I absolutely DO NOT LIKE my lashes. I see glue everywhere! And they hurt to the touch. I've had lashes done before elsewhere and they've always been easy to touch to clean. But not my lashes done here. When I was done, I asked the girl to fill in some more towards my inner corner and she wouldn't, and so it just looks like an awkward gap! And I think they trim the lashes with scissors ? Whatever that was, after my appointment I was in my car pulling out little pieces of lash that attached to the glue that there poking my eyeball! A week later and they are just looking awful.. On top of the process being long as it is, the lash tech would keep stopping to text! I could hear her phone vibrate and her nails hit her keyboard. Unprofessional. WORSE part was my bottom lashes getting glued to the extensions!!!! She spent a while trying to separate my lashes from each other which was painful. This is the first eyelash extension place that I paid for my lashes and it was worth it. I totally forgot my stylists name but she was awesome, very helpful, and easy to talk to. She gave me what I asked for AND more. I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror and first word that came out was WOAH! cause I have short lashes and I didn't think the extensions would look voluminous and natural on my eyes at the same time. Sadly I have to review my experience. 2 weeks ago I paid this place for lashes. Not the best experience. On Friday I had them done they looked uneven I was told to wait till Monday they would fluff out. You guess it they didn't one was full the other one you couldn't even tell there was anything on. Monday they try to corrected. Well let's just say nothing was corrected and the stylist whispered to me that she wasn't allowed to spend more than 15 mins with me (after I paid $120) and that she didn't think she could do much! Guess what they still looked weird the girls in the front asked me nicely to please give them one more chance sadly I did. 3rd time is a charm right? Nope had a new stylist try she did her best better than the other two. But they still didn't look even. The girls in the front kept apologizing but at this point what was more to say? I told them to cancel my monthly subscription because I would not come back. I mean I didn't ask for a refund. Well I should have but I didn't. I signed so many papers saying I was cancelling I was advised I wouldn't get charged. Huh interesting because after the service that shouldn't even happen but guess what! Today I was charged a nice monthly charge! But what's worse is my lashes look uneven and let's talk about how much glue was put on my eyes I'm so sad about this whole experience. I have gotten lash extensions a couple times before but this was unfortunately my worst lash experience so far. They ladies that worked there were very nice and helpful. The lash extensions however were not as good as I had hoped. They looked great at first, but fell off after about a week. After day 5 the synthetic lashes along with my real lashes were coming off like crazy and by day 7 I was left with awkward gaps in my lashes and it looked super creepy!! I even bought the irritating eyelash cleaner that burns your eyes and skin in hopes that it would help them stay on longer. I called to see if they could remove the remaining lashes and they said it would be $40! Yikes, money not well spent. read more

Today was my 3rd time here, got a complete fill this time (1st time was my introductory full set, 2nd was a 30 min touch up). The 3Ds are SOO much better than classics!! Much more natural looking, I hope they hold up well after 2 weeks. I had Danica as my stylist for the first time and she is hands down the best so far! I had no itching or discomfort from the gel pads or tape, and during the process I could tell she was really taking her time to make sure my lashes were perfect! There was no pulling on my lashes like I have felt once or twice with other stylists, Danica was so gentle! My lashes came out amazing (of course)! EVERYONE is so great here! I've had almost every stylist and they always do exactly what I want. The front staff is always so attentive and welcoming! I used to get my lashes done at a nail salon and my experience at this studio was 100000 times better. Very professional and clean environment. Let me start out by saying that I am a business owner and if i could rate this location a "0", I would. The owner Jen and the top trainer/Manager practice poor business tactics. So here goes: I made an appt specifically at this location a week in advance to ensure that I was booked with a specific tech. One of my employees/friends lives in Santa Clarita and got her eyelashes done with this specific tech. Her eyelashes were great looking. Mind u I live closer to the Woodland Hills location. When I arrived for my 1pm appt at 12:45pm, I was greeted by 4 people sitting behind the reception desk. 2 receptionists as well as the owner Jen and Top Trainer Shay. I checked in and was told that the tech had called in sick. I was flabbergasted considering I drove all this way for this specific Tech. When I asked why I wasn't called I was told that because I'm not a repeat customer, being a new customer, they don't call. Mind you I was confirmed twice via text two days prior and the morning of. Obviously not happy I said that doesn't make sense why wouldn't you want to make the first impression and call. The owner Jen jumped in and said don't worry about it honey we put you with another tech who is just as good. I explained the reason why I drove all the way out there living closer to the Woodland Hills location. Not seeming to care Jen didn't do much about it. Again reinforcing that all their techs are trained the same and that I will be happy with the one they put me with. Then Jen proceeded to walk away. I decided to stay considering I drove the distance and was leaving on a trip in a week (purpose of getting the lashes to begin with) After my appointment I was walked to the front desk and paid for my service. Shay then proceeded to try to convince me to join as a member. Explaining to me that you get discounted products and services. She then proceeded to tell me that they normally have a $39.99 registration fee to join but because of the mix-up they're going to waive that fee. I questioned the fee from the beginning. Got a bad feeling in my stomach that she was lying and questioned her. She looked at the other girl sitting at the desk and said tell her. And I proceeded to ask her cuz I was in such disbelief. The other girl at the desk reiterated that her best friend just joined last week and she even had to pay the $39.99 registration fee. So Shay once again told me they will waive that fee due to the mix-up. I went home very distraught with that bad feeling in my stomach. I text my friends that referred me and someone else that goes there and they confirmed they did not pay any $39.99 registration fee. I read the information they gave me, pamphlets and the contract I signed thoroughly and there was no mention of any registration fee. Again pit in the stomach and not able to sleep all night, I finally told my husband that next morning what had happened. He said your instincts are always right let me take care of this. He proceeded to pick up the phone and call that location speaking to the receptionist pretending that he wanted to buy his wife a Valentine's Day present and asked the joining procedures. When explained there was no mention of any fee. He questioned the receptionist Amanda and he was told that there is no other fee involved. I then got on the phone and called a different location just to also confirm it was company-wide and I was told the same thing no registration fee and this reception told me that she has worked there a long time and never heard of any fee ever being charged. **1ST LIE from the Santa Clarita location. So I decided since I had joined only the day before I was going to cancel my membership. This location does not deserve my business I called back spoke to Amanda, tried to cancel my membership and she said I needed to give a 30 day notice. I said there's always a grace period either 3 Days 7 days for any contract you sign. She said no she can't cancel I have to fill out paperwork for the 30-day notice. I was fuming. I got in my car and went to the closer location. I spoke to the managing director there and told her my story. She was puzzles. She has worked there a long time never heard of any registration fee as well as confirming that you have 3 days from sign up to cancel without any charges. **2ND LIE from the Santa Clarita location. The managing director got on the phone made the phone call herself and canceled my membership for me. Unreal. Poor business practice from not only the owner Jen but the Top Trainer Shay. Do u want to give this location your business? U decide. But I run my business honestly and respectfully and totally believe in old fashioned customer service. A $10 discount would have solved the whole problem.or better yet a discount on my next service to ensure I would drive back to that location. That's all that had to be done. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The second time I went my left eye lashes didn't match my right eyelashes and they started to come out as soon as I walked out the door. The glue is cheap and they women that work there shouldn't be doing lashes. Went a third time because I complained and different girl same results in The Whole two years I have been getting my lashes done this had never happened. I had my lashes done for the first time last week, Thursday, for an event that I had that weekend. I had seen an ad on Facebook that promoted the lashes, first set, $39.99. The ad doesn't say that's the deal ONLY with a 6 month commitment. That was disappointing because they did not honor that price. I got a deal for $59.99, one time only. When I left the studio, everything looked great. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. I followed all instructions...don't get them wet, no creams, don't sleep on them, etc. I woke up Friday morning and I had SO many lashes on my face. They fell out! I was extremely disappointed. This service is not inexpensive and it's time consuming. I called the studio and they were able to schedule an appointment for me to come in for a correction but it was so inconvenient. I had to leave work early, rearrange plans, etc. Saturday morning there were more that had fallen but I thought to myself, 'I can't keep going back and forth every day'. So I let it go. Don't be FOOLED by their membership and products. Remember all sales are FINAL. I don't normally give bad reviews and I work in costumer service I know when it's really bad. I had my full set dec. 4 paid for the service and products. Dec. 17 I cancelled my membership. Upon reviewing my credit card I noticed a $69.99 charged. I called their store, I was advised the manager will call back within 48 hours. I have to call back after 3days and spoke with somebody and keep insisting that was my membership fee that starts dec. 18. She keep saying there's a 30 day noticed for cancellation. What the heck? I cancelled my membership be before 30 days notice and even before the membership could have start. Cancellation 17th dec and start of membership 18th December and charged dec 20th. How can you charge a cancelled membership before it becomes effective? I am suppose to be talking to a manager and not a staff. Horrible! read more

I have had the worst experience at amazing lash in Santa Clarita.. First visit glue was used that caused redness, irritation..it looked like I had my lashes applied with a glue gun..I called and was assured the glue was changed & please give them one more chance.. I was well within my membership cancellation and the mgr Jen assured me she would cancel it for me. Because she was so accommodating and offered me a free service to correct my problem I agreed.. I told her I would rethink joining again if I felt satisfied.. To my surprise after leaving my tech Dana a $20 tip for a fill that was free I was charged and my membership wasn't cancelled by Jen the mgr. If I could give anyone advice don't sign up for membership.. I m disputing second charge.. I shouldn't even be paying for the first one bcuz I suffered so much because of the inferior glue used on my eyes. Lashes feel like plastic and heavy to. If a business has to get u to be a client by signing a contract under the guise ur getting a deal. RUN.. Had lashes done for a yr in Santa Rosa.. Reasonable price and no contracts.. Great lashes.. There is a great positive female vibe going on here. The reason that makes me comfortable is because I've gotten lashes at different places before and haven't had positive experiences. I've found that going to other places results in strange looks and inappropriate comments because of what I want. I'm paying for my service so whatever I request should be given.  With that said, if I need to have adjustments or try a different look my favorite stylist is always on point!  Jaz does my fabulous lashes and she is super sweet. She listens to me and I rely on her suggestions. The result always looks great! Jaz is the reason why I come back besides my vanity of course!! She is beyond accommodating, very very nice and she has never been pushy. When people let you know what services they have rather than pushing it on you it's like a sigh of relief. They are all very professional there and the prices are great! I shouldn't give Jaz such an amazing recommendation and keep her hidden like the gem she is but she KILLS it ladies!  You want to look amazing?  This is an impressive place to go to and make sure to request Jaz! I didn't even have a chance to go in for lashes. I've been getting lashes done for 8 years now and this is the worst scheduling I have ever experienced. I'm aware things happen and there are some things that are out of our control but for a new client being rescheduled not once but twice before even stepping in the door is not acceptable. Timing needs to be improved by not only the technicians but the schedulers as well, if you know a person tends to take longer don't overbook them. read more

I got a full lash set it was my first time getting them. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. The girls at the front desk are really nice and make you feel welcome. Jenny is the one who did my lashes, and she was great! She made sure before we started that she knew exactly how I wanted my lashes to look. I always felt comfortable during the process. I love this place and the staff. My lash technicians either Christina or Danica always consult with me first as to what I want before they just go in instead of assuming I want the same thing . My lashes last a minimum of three weeks and I've never had any problems. I enjoy my sessions and it's true pampering time for me. I started having some sort of reaction to everything, even took off my acrylics, and I'm not sure if it's due to medication, hormones or what. But I went in today and told them what was going on and I really appreciated that Danica suggested that I give my eyes a break and take them off for a while. The fact that she cared more about the client than the bottom line really showed a lot about her and the place that she works for. I made sure to thank her boss Jen, and let her know how much I appreciated Danica's suggestion and I honestly cannot wait to go back and start getting my lashes again. Thank you Jen. I went to amazing lash studio for an eyelash lift twice now. The first time I had them done, my lashes just looked like I had curled them at home with an eyelash curler. I was really underwhelmed with the finishing look and even more disappointed with the fact that it had already worn off the very next day, even though the lady told me it lasts from 4-6 weeks. I expressed my concern with them and they did offer me another appointment for half the price I had paid the first time which was nice, but at the same time, there should have been no charge to fix my lashes that had worn off not even 24 hours later. So I went in two weeks later for my second appointment, hoping a different consultant would give me what I was looking for. But, I had the exact same results as the first time. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted my eyelash lift to look like and she agreed that that is what it should look like when she's finished. It doesn't look like that at all and I won't be going back for any other lash lift service. read more

This place is super WACK!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If I can't give 0 stars I would!!!!! The "management" is so unprofessional! I walked in to see what there prices were like, I ended up booking an app and while I was filling out the paper work, I over heard the front desk girls talking smack about another employee saying "she doesn't know what she's doing, she doesn't know how to lash" seriously this is so unprofessional!!!! When I got my eye lashes done, within the very NEXT day not even 24 hours after, they ALL FELL OUT!!! Not only did they fall out but my NATURAL EYE LASHES were gone! I called them right away and they said I can go in for a "consultation" so I did. I also asked to speak to a manager and I realized this "manager" was the girl who was talking smack about her own employee!! Not even that but they did absolutely NOTHING to fix my eye lashes! I truly feel I got suckered into paying 89.99 for the lashes because they were saying how they got new glue and product... Went in for the first time to Amazing lash studio's last month and saw Amanda she did a wonderful job! Although I had my friend went with me that had lashes done many times in the past and she had a horrible experience I still convinced her to go back and be seen by someone to have them fix it! When she went back to go get it fixed she explained to me that she thought that the glue they were using with either expired or a faulty brand .My friend did say do not return that was her best advice for me.I still went back being that I liked Amanda so much to get my fill done! I went back in on October 18 to have a fill done by Amanda who is super friendly as she normally is ,Michelle as well as the manager.I did my normal routine as Amanda requires no getting lashes wet or touch them for at least 48 hours she also did say to me how great of a job I did keeping up with my lashes as far as the quality as well as how clean they were she was very amazed. After my visit I had to return unfortunately on Wednesday, October 23 being that I did exactly what Amanda had required!! I woke up on 10/23 and was brushing my lashes and half of my eyelashes came off on the left eye!!!! I am He mediately called amazing lashes and spoke to Michelle and explain to Michelle what had happened Michelle had asked me to return back in to amazing lashes on October 23 the same day which was a Tuesday return then I saw another aesthetician her that's the Titian she could not believe That my lashes were indeed falling off as she was brushing them to try to help out she noticed that and said she could not believe how clean my lashes were and that she wished other clients were as clean she doesn't know as to why the lashes were coming off but felt that it was a need to have my whole lashes removed and re-done And unfortunately she was not scheduled for enough time to redo my lashes she then brought me up to the front with Michelle and explain to Michelle I need to come back for a longer appointment to have my eyelashes redone there was a gentleman standing next to her and he asked Michelle as the white my lashes were coming off Michelle then said she did not know the only thing she can think of is that is so hot inside the office and that could be the cause The lashes coming off because the glue was not sticking. Michelle been scheduled me for today which was October 24 I went in for my scheduled appointment in right away there was a miscommunication all over again they thought I was gonna have to pay for my lashes to get done and did a fail I did tell the girl in the front that I was not supposed to be charged and I thought it was a new Full Set,Per the receptionist let my Esta Titian get you in as to Titian then took me to the back and said we can go ahead and just do a touch up on your lashes I should be able to get it done and it should work I gave her the benefit of the doubt she did do the lashes and as I was coming home after getting my lashes re-done or touched up you should say because they were not re-done as I was told from the beginning that they were going to be read done I have more lashes falling off yet again not just to not just this one or two which is the norm her amazing lashes I had a total of six fell out of my eye I did contact them immediately and spoke to a manager by the name in Nina and what she kept getting my story and correct she then said that the only thing they could do for me is get me in tomorrow at 3 o'clock I explained to her that I could not get in tomorrow at 3 o'clock I do work I can be there by 12 or form she said unfortunately either you come tomorrow or there's nothing we can do for you at all so this tells you there's no customer service as well as there's no communication skills at this location you walk around with a crappy product and things to do fall out you should just pay that other aesthetician to come to your house for a better product and better gel please per my request do not go there pay the extra!!!!!!Even worth the membership!!!! read more
