I've used to see another tech there, I'm now back to Texas and decided to go back to this location since Pflugerville is closed. I've been twice with terrible service. No outer or inner lashes were lashed and missing tons of of lashes that were missed by the tech. I've review through the survey and text them without a return call or even a text. My first service I had to go back the following day for nothing I left the same way with minimal lashes, second service barely lashed. I'm paying for volume lashes and my lashes look like a very bad classic fill. We paid extra for volume lashes and I expect a volume fill. My lashed looked like an amateur did them. I've been with Amazing Lash Studio for over 5 years, haven't had this issue until now. The service, the glue, everything is mediocre at this location. I've received no apologies at all. SHAM CORPORATION. I would NOT recommend this franchise as a whole nor this location. Corporate does not respond to emails or calls and this studio location will not assist you in honoring other studio's policy (that went out of business) even when you have documentation that directs you to them. A neighboring location (Pflugerville) went out of business and we were instructed that we could use our service credits at this location. I had two months worth that I was told In WRITING that I could use "at any time" once I completed IVF treatment (eyelash extensions tend to fall out more when undergoing treatment due to horomonal fluctuations). The owner that ultimately went out of business was aware that I would not be coming back for more than 6 months in our text message correspondence and said she would honor the credits. When she went out of business she sent a letter to everyone directing them to the Round Rock location. I contacted the Round Rock location and they said they could not honor my credits in spite of the fact that I still had the text messages from the Pflugerville owner. They said they expire after 6 months and that the owner that went out of business should have issued me a gift card knowing that my treatment was going to be longer than 6 months. In spite of my having in writing that she would still honor the credits, they said there was nothing they could do and I should contact corporate and share the text messages with them. Corporate has not bothered to respond to several emails and their phone number does not route you to anywhere national. As a lawyer, I know it's not worth filing with small claims court but I WILL BE filing with the Better Business Bureau. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! You will not get exactly what you ask for even if you show pictures. They do not last long at all and the thick glue will bother you when you blink. This is the worst lash studio i've ever been to and i've been to many, and i'm not even picky. I went in for a full set, I was referred to Rachel by my former stylist, who is no longer there. Rachel was very upset due to the fact that they didn't tell her I needed a full set. She wasn't able to lash my lashes properly and ask me to schedule an adjustment, went to the adjustment appointment, and was booked as a refill. The technician only spent 15 minutes on my lashes and barely placed any lashes. I paid out of pocket for a full set. The set looks like a classic and not a volume lash set. I have had gaps since the start. It's time to find a new place. read more

This is crazy. I've been an Amazing Lash customer for years. Unfortunately the Lakeline location closed and I was transferred to the Pflugerville location, which also closed. Then transferred to Round Rock location. And let me tell you it's definitely subpar in customer service. The way customers are treated is surprising. I tried to cancel my membership since I'll be taking radiation treatment and was informed that they would not allow my cancellation. They state I signed a 2 month minimum membership - it was the same paperwork that I had signed at the other locations and never saw this 2 month requirement. Even if I wasn't having treatment, I was still planning on cancelling. I'm not going to drive all that distance to be treated the way they treat people. They actually told me to send them a doctors note stating I'm going into radiation. Unbelievable!!! I have heard them tell someone on the phone, who's mother was dying and they had to go overseas, that they wanted documentation of what's going on with their mother, before they would allow her to cancel. They must be in need of customers that when someone wants to cancel they'll have to jump through hoops. I thought I was giving enough notice, over 2+ weeks. But no, they're going to draft my bank and inform I can't cancel till March 2025. I'm surprised they even have 3 stars. People beware. read more

After being to multiple amazing lash locations- I can finally say I found my home base! The manager Mallory has been super amazing and patient with me as I struggled with finding a good fit for my lashes. I finally was blessed with getting Lani as my stylist and she has been the absolute best. My lashes last so long that when I go for my regular fills she's able to completely fill me out and she works so fast. Front desk is always super friendly and efficient. I've had a couple girls help me with fills when Lani hasn't been available and they've all been great. Also love how it's always decorated seasonally, super cute and cozy in there. Let me start by saying if you want your moneys worth DO NOT come to this place. Should not be called "amazing" there was nothing amazing about my experience. It was my first time getting them done and they only lasted 1 WEEK! I came back in and I told them that they should atleast have lasted AVG 3 weeks minimum 2 but not even that. They had the AUDACITY to charge me 45$ AGAIN other than the $100 I had already paid initially. I basically paid $150 for lashes that didn't even last a week and the ones they added supposedly for $45 were like 5 lashes on each side. Becky was not helpful and did not seem to comprehend that they had not delivered what I PAID FOR and the service they are supposed to provide! i went there and expected my lashes to be up and lifted and i did not come back satisfied they didn't talk to me about how it worked or if my lashes needed something else but when i called them they said they used a larger rod for my lashes because they where too long. Posted a review about a week ago about how I'm done with this location due to the poor quality of their lash services, which did not last more than five days before almost completely falling out. I'd taken it down after they offered the solution of a free refill with another stylist, and I'm disappointed to report AGAIN that it didn't last more than a week. I'm not sure the exact number of eyelashes I have on each eye, but I'm pretty sure it's more than 9 on my right and 12 on my left. Yup, bad enough that I can easily count the lashes that have stayed on after only 7 DAYS. Seriously, save your money. Your lashes look good for about 5 days before your eyes are almost completely bare. They offer a free touch up after 3 days, but nothing for if your lashes last less than a week. So, unless you're okay with paying $60 for a refill and $30 for a mini refill every single week, save your time and money, either go to a different location or a different chain altogether. They like to slander the Lakeline location and say they can't do anything right, but my lashes would last at least 3wks with them. I don't want to waste more time with another "solution". I've already wasted my money buying THEIR lash cleanser, and THEIR mascara, so I know that I myself am not doing anything to make my lashes fall out. I am mortified that I have to show up to a big job interview looking like this, but I'd rather be embarrassed than be a fool and pay them AGAIN to screw up my lashes. read more

I just moved to the area from Hawaii. I've been looking for a salon to maintain my extensions. I was completely fine starting over and paying for the service. I was called by the salon and told since I already had lashes they would just fill my lashes, and sounding pretty confident about it. Showd up for my appointment and saw Bella. She was very sweet, but I could tell pretty quickly she was not experienced. I was told my lashes are still really full and I don't require a full fill, even though this is why I made the appointment and what I wanted. She told me she was gonna do a mini fill, which consisted of about 6 lashes. I was charged 90$ for 6 lashes!! Nothing like leaving your lash appointment feeling like you were just robbed and unhappy and no one cares. Amazing Lash this is horrible customer service and should be illegal. read more

My review is for the Amazing Lash Studio 3021 S IH 35 Suite 120 Round Rock, TX 78664 location ONLY!!! The Salon is very clean and all the Staff members everyone I spoke with from check in, to check out was very nice. I was fully aware that Amazing Lash studios are chain studios that are independently owned so I knew most things would be very cookie cutter. I showed them a picture of how my lashes looked and said I wanted them just like that. They were upfront and told me that they didn't carry the Dcurl lashes but they could do shorter lashes on the inner corners and longer lashes as you go towards the outer corner. The girl at the front desk scheduled me with their "Master" stylist(I may be using the wrong term but I know this particular person also trained the other stylists). Because of this there was an additional charge and since I wanted Volume lashes there was another extra charge. They are very up front about their prices and have signages explaining this. My stylist was super sweet my lashes looked good!! But looks can be deceiving. After my appointment my eyes were burning and I was tearing up she explained this was probably due to the fumes from the glue and would subside which it did. My eyelids were still feeling a bit irritated like blinking was irritating me. I just couldn't take it so I did a huge No! No! and picked at the lash, it was such sweet relief I did it on the other spot I was feeling irritation, what I noticed was one extension had been attached to TWO of my natural lashes!! That is not right anybody who knows anything about lashes knows that it is one extension attached to one natural lash. Mistakes happen. So I wasnt going to write them off completely. I realized that one fill a month wasn't gonna cut it after a week my lashes were very sparse. After my second visit it was the same thing my eyelids were irritated I knew why, when my lashes came out there was an extension attached to more than one natural lash!! Then less irritation. I would be willing to do the weekly fill to keep me full but for the health of my natural lashes I can't keep going. I would try another stylist but of she is their very best and training others I feel like the others will probably do worse. I feel that work needs to be done on the over all quality. Yes my stylist was fast but I'd rather have it take longer and actually be good and not just look good. I also think the company needs to work on creating a better lash bond. And, if they are so big on the memberships they need to make a membership plans that are better. Again, the ladies there are very sweet even with me canceling my membership they were nice and didn't try any crazy tactics to get me to stay. Since I didn't give them a 30 day notice they explained I would be charged this month but they are transferring the credit to my sister's account. She is a member at another location I thought about going there but decided to find a location that carries the D curl lashes closer to me. read more

Ever since Zoey left I have had two appointments with two different technicians on two separate dates who cancelled the day of for being sick. I now have two months of credits and when I called I spoke to the manager who said she apologized and that she would cancel my membership on 11/17/19 without me having to come in. I called two days ago to confirm this again and the lady working the front desk tells me "nope, your membership is active" so I drive all the way to round rock to cancel my membership in person this past Monday and was told ANOTHER $59.99 will be coming out for December (even though the manager "Stephanie" said otherwise when I spoke to her on the 17th. When I went in this past Monday the girl said the manager would call me and this hasn't happened. Now amazing lash has $180 of my money all bc their technicians are sick this season and call in on Sundays. I was a member with amazing lash since 2015....never again. read more

This is the first time I've ever got lashes and they came out so nice! I got recommended by a couple of friends, one who lives in San Antonio and the other here in Round Rock. Walking in, the ladies at the front were super nice and gave me a run down of what to expect and the different types of lashes I could get. This particular location is very clean and maintained beautifully. The playlist is very diverse and they have a blanket for you if you get cold. Unfortunately my technician didn't place my eye pads correctly so I was a little uncomfortable the entire time :/ She also accidentally spilled adhesive on my cheek, she did clean it up to the best of her ability for me. Aside from that, I still think this place is amazing and very worthy of 5 stars. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely consider the membership!! I booked an appointment online for a brow lamination and tint. I arrived to my appointment and was told I would have to reschedule due to my stylist being out. It was stated a call was made and a message left, however, I never received a message. I was informed I could reschedule for later in the day though and I said that was great. Then, once I said I was ok with the reschedule, the receptionist told me that it would just be for the tint because they don't actually do brow laminations. You have got to be kidding me. Updating my review because it's THAT good! Deena did my lashes the first time, and she was great. They lasted SO LONG. I know it depends on the care of the lashes, how fast mine fall out , etc. But I've had them done other places before and I take great care of them the same way I did after Deena, and they lasted for a few weeks. The second time I came, Deena wasn't available so I got to meet Rebecca. She's just as awesome!!! 2 for 2, this place is great. Great staff, great quality. I still haven't done the monthly subscription plan, but at this rate I'm considering it. They aren't pushy about extra products, which I like. Amazing lash is great but not this location. I had Reagan and I asked for full and lashes that look like I have fake lashes and I also asked for size 11. I ended up with 10 and no volume and they look real. They do had a 3 day trial if you want them fixed but I went vacation right after. It seems like this location, they only know how to do one look and that's it. For a full set it usually takes 1- 2 hours and I was out in 45 minutes. If you want great lashes, amazingly lashes is the place just don't go to this location. I ended up going to the store and buying false lashes for my trip on top of what Reagan put. read more

They always remind you of aftercare and their lash brush and foaming cleanser are incredible . OH and the membership is the WAY TO GO if you plan on keeping up with your lashes . Super affordable . Not even 24 hours after I got them done my naturals with the extensions started falling off. My friend gets hers done at another studio and this does not happen to her. It must be cheap product or something but clearly from the rest of the reviews something is horribly wrong with this place.
