I have been getting my lashes done for 3 years now and have been to various companies. The last 2 years I've been with Amazing Lash Studio. Even within the Amazing Lash company I have visited 3 locations (West 7th, Southlake and Alliance). This location in Alliance has been my favorite thus far. They've had some management issues in the past but Brooke is the new manager and has done a great job. I give this business 5 stars BUT only if you get a good stylist and because I'm grandfathered into the original price of $45.99/month. There's a ton of ways getting lashes here quickly become more expensive and I try to avoid those traps because lashes are a luxury for me and I just can't justify spending more than $120/month on them. I need to have budget for nails, pedis and massages too . This location has a great selection of stylists! I would highly recommend Ashley, Shelly, Kayla and Clarice. They do a fantastic job. Unfortunately now most of them are master stylists which means you have to pay $10 more EACH service . I guess that's my only real complaint about this place is the constant ploy to get more money (I get it, it's a business but loyal costumers are hard to find and there's plenty of competition). If you know how to work around it by avoiding the upcharges and taking good care of your lashes (FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE PEOPLE), the employees at this location make it worth it! Also I do recommend a few of their products: foaming lash cleanser, lash coating and nature lash serum. These will save you money in the long run by making your lashes look better longer! read more

worst lashes ever. I asked for one of the styles they have shown. I liked it because it gave it almost an eyeliner look. She says to get that a little volume Will be needed so I expect that. I am of course not knowing what is happening as my eyes are closed and when I get up I have the most think and crazy looking lashes. I could not see anything but lashes when I blinked. I spend $145 and took them off the next day. what a waste. literally showed the picture I wanted in their own studio. I'm beyond upset and have an important event and now have lost that money, the lashes and have to glue on some from the store. I got a lash tint & lift, the tint is great, dark just like I wanted. However, the lift, it looks like 3 eyelashes are curled and the rest are straight. Really disappointed about that because I went in more for the lift. And for $130, just wasn't worth it at all. read more

Lashes as soon as I got in my car started to fall off and once I got home I looked again and there was a huge clump missing. I was crying because I was going to out of the country the next day! I decided to get a membership with this business after getting a lash set. Lashes are supposed to last 2-3 weeks and mine wouldn't last hardly two weeks. I was in Tulsa for work and I went to another location to get a refill and after I washed my lashes the first time almost ALL of my lashes fell out. I tried to see if I could get an appointment to correct the issue and they would not squeeze me in before coming back home. When I tried to explain to the salon by where I live the situation, I had to fight tooth and nail for them to fix my lashes. They said even though it's a franchise, they don't back the work of other lash techs. If I can't go to other locations and get the same service, WHY get a membership?!!! Plus not to mention the price is borderline outrageous. I paid over 200 dollars for my first set(not including tip). Having an experienced tech is an up charge, having volume lashes is an up charge and then you have to buy the lash cleaner and brush etc all separately. I would not recommend. read more

My last experience with a master tech was positive; she was very sweet and easy to talk to. However, I will not be returning to this salon. I had my lashes done for a special occasion, and within just three days, they all fell out. I even purchased their brush and cleaner to maintain my lashes, but that proved ineffective as well. I have roughly 10 months worth of credits. Came down with COVID. Yes, I no showed no call, my bad. I was asleep with fever. Guess I should have gone in anyway and infected my tech. WAS CHARGED $99 TO MY DEBIT CARD without auth. I understand contracts but $99 was not in my contract. And they increased monthly membership. Ouch. Guess I will drop my membership and take an $800 hit. Bs. They should have used a credit or two and maybe charged me for a tip at most, since I no-showed. Called and got no real answers. Done. It is very disappointing to have to fill in my lashes 3-4 days after spending time, money having them done. They will not refund your money no matter how bad the service is and how quickly your lashes fall off. I decided to give them another try because I didn't want to waste the credits I had. They claimed to have purchased a different glue (so obviously I wasn't the only whose lashes fell off quickly). Definitely not what I was expecting. I have never had lash extensions before so I was super excited for my appointment. Before my visit I was seriously considering getting a membership. The lashes look like complete and totally garbage. I asked for the gorgeous look. The lashes are the same length all the way across my eye. That is not what the website describes. They are not full at all. They look like cheap dollar store false lashes. So disappointed I wasted my time and money here. Pics of the various messes that kept me having to go back for refills every week to ten days for fill after fill. One last issue I wanted to address and haven't in the past was Amazing Lash products, and particularly the safety of their packaging. As you will notice from a couple of photos I took of much less expensive, simple cosmetic items, most manufacturers are careful to add discs of tape or shrink wrap so you will know your product is fresh and uncontaminated. Amazing Lash also has an extremely limited product line compared to their nearest local competitor, who carry a full line from toner to fixer and lots of eye makeup safe to wear with your extensions. The two products I did get were Nature Lash which sells for $80, and Lash Coating which is $40. As you can see from the photos of the Nature Lash I was given, the product had obviously been used as a tester or purchased and returned. I was only able to get about six uses from the tube before the brush was coming out dry. It took over a month of conversations with various employees and managers before I was finally given a fresh tube in new packaging. The Lash Coating did not appear to have been opened, but didn't work for me at *all.* I applied it sparingly to the outer parts of my extensions a few times a week after cleaning - which promptly glued them together in little clumps. Using a spoolie to separate them caused several to pull out so I stopped and waited for them to dry. Still couldn't unclump the ends without too much pulling, and the lashes once dry had lost all softness or realistic feeling and become what I can only describe as crunchy. So, my advice is to stick to the simple, inexpensive​ process of tiny amounts of baby shampoo followed by air drying while combing gently. read more

I've been having my lashes done for over 8 years. This is by far the WORST place I've ever been to. Their technicians are very inexperienced - straight out of school, which is fine, you need to start somewhere, but you should tell your clients and charge accordingly. They use premade lash fans that are extremely thin. They charge you to clean your lashes before they start. If you don't want to pay for it, they give you a little paper cup of suds and send you to the restroom to do it yourself. The receptionist is downright rude, probably from dealing with angry clients everyday. I needed a refill fast for pictures and I walked out looking the same as when I walked in. I'm disgusted and will never use a "franchise style" salon again. Stick with professionals, not students. read more

I was so upset to find out Tanjalin was no longer there! She was the best and most friendly person there. I starting seeing Cynthia since Tanjalin thought so highly of her. She does a great job! The reason I don't give 5 stars is because I feel that the friendliness has gone down hill with the new management. The workers don't seem happy anymore and the atmosphere doesn't seem to be as welcoming. Maybe it will change and this is just an adjustment period. Update: I started going to Shelly! She is super sweet and does an amazing job. The only downside of this place is the prices for fills of you go more than once a month. It used to be the same price you pay monthly, but they went up quite a bit. The manager I wasn't fond of has left and the girls are all super sweet. I scheduled two appointments, one for myself and one for a friend for her birthday. Not only friend's stylist took off her mask once she entered the room and did not use gloves she also told my friend it wasn't necessary for her to wear her mask either. I was extremely embarrassed and disappointed that I purchased this as a gift and put my friend put in a position where she was uncomfortable. They have signs posted in the salon and all over the website to put customers minds at ease and yet none of these protocols were followed. I'm not the type of person to write bad reviews, but I think it's important for people's health and safety that I write this one. The technician I had was clearly inexperienced and it showed- She plucked out my natural lashes several times, poked me in the eye, and spilled the lash adhesive into my eyes on multiple occasions. I was respectful when I went there and when I left, but the process was incredibly painful when it shouldn't have been. The staff should receive more training, lest someone else end up having the same problem. My eyes still hurt and burn a few hours after the appointment, and the only response I got was that they would fix my uneven lash, which clearly after the experience, I didn't feel inclined to do. EDIT: Okay, I spoke to the regional manager and she said that it wasn't the adhesive, it was the chemicals from the under eye pad that they use. Still doesn't really make it okay, considering the fact that it burned my eyes badly. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! I needed to get lakes done before the weekend so I searched and found this place. I called and left a message but no one ever called me back so I decided to book online. There is a pop-up that said if you request a master tech, it's subjected to an additional charge. So instead of choosing abundance in particular from the drop down box, I just selected a service of full set and my preferred date and time. The only techs it gave me options for were master techs. I didn't realize that by choosing one from that screen would also result in an additional $30 charge. I was told at the beginning when i arrived to do my paperwork, that it would be $99 ($50 off the regular price of $149) as an introductory offer for new clients for a classic set. During the consultation portion, the tech said if I want file lashes, it would be an additional $60. I opted for the classic which is literally one to one lashes. When I checked out, I was charged $129 since I had a master tech do them. I tried to explain to the receptionist that during booking there wasn't any option for any other type of a tech and that I didn' choose her specifically, I just picked her from the list of available techs they gave me. Lesson learned. I got them done today and sadly, some are already falling off. They are WAY over-priced for mediocre looking lashes!!!! They give "discounts" if you sign up for a membership. I booked for a hybrid set as I was going on vacation. I've had these done before at many other studios in different locations where I lived. I came here as I am new to the area. The "master" stylist was very nice. The studio was clean. However, they nickel and dime you for everything. They actually charge for washing your lashes where other studios include it. I was not happy with the lashes at all. Within days they were falling out. Also be aware of the monthly club - completely not worth it. I cancelled and wanted to use one of my credits to get these crazy looking lashes removed and they will not let me use my credit for that. So $119 down the drain for the monthly membership in addition to $199 for the original service. I gave them a 2 star because the staff was friendly but I will never return. Now I have to figure out how I get these crazy lashes off before my business trip. My daughter had an appointment at the same time and they cancelled hers last minute. They squeezed her in with a different stylist and her lashes fell out within 4 days. read more

My sister is a regular client with a membership. She went in to get her regular fill (she goes twice a month even though her membership only covers once a month... and its about the same price. Tell me how that's any good, but alas that's for another time). This time was different, however. This time it is 2 DAYS BEFORE HER WEDDING. After her appointment finished, she looked at her eyelashes and they looked nothing like they typically do. She pays EXTRA to get the 6D lashes, and they were not full at all. When she went out to the counter and said something, they said their stylist didn't have enough time to complete her fill, and that she would have to come back tomorrow for a mini, and she would be paying for it! Her eyelashes were NOT sparse, and even though the appointment lasted the same amount as usual, she could tell the girl was going slowly and not adding as much as usual. While she was in the waiting lobby, another girl was also told that her stylist wouldn't have enough time to see her today and that she'd have to come back tomorrow. You guys are lying, purposefully not filling people's lashes thoroughly, and cheating people in to having to make more appointments. Shame on you. read more

I have had multiple occasions in which the staff does not communicate effectively with me (their client) in regards to scheduling, my credit, etc. Today I was beyond disappointed in the customer service they provided. There was a bad storm but as you know, you can't cancel last minute due or they will charge you for full service. I had my appendix removed one week ago and although I can drive, I was also driving through the storm to get to my appointment and was 2 minutes late. When I was checked in, a technician who I did not request called me back and the receptionist told me that the one I scheduled with was not in. NO ONE bothered to call me and tell me that the technician who I always request and was scheduled with, was not in due to the weather but offered me to wait on her to get there and that she was about 45 mins out? Is this even acceptable? I was infuriated because the staff in the front was going nothing when I arrived, and they couldn't have called me to let me know or offered to reschedule!? I mean the lack of communication between the staff to their clients it's unacceptable and the lady didn't even seem to care. They didn't offer anything because of the inconvenience and I have rescheduled my appointment and will be getting out of their membership program. They need better management and hire better front office staff. They have a huge turnover rate in the front and I think for the sake of their business, they should compensate them better for better quality service. read more

Do not come to this salon!!!!! Horrible service, rude manager and overall bad experience. I'm an avid eyelash extension user and I know good lashes from bad ones. I asked for the "natural set" which is a set very natural but with long lashes. I made it evident that it is what i wanted. Well, I didn't get that. I have pictures below of what I asked for, and what I actually received. I came back 2 days after I got my appointment and asked for them to take off the lashes and a refund. They told me that they do not allow refunds. I got upset because had I known that beforehand I wouldn't have went to this particular establishment because there is always the chance of not liking the service you received. The lady told me I could come back another time and have another lash artist give me what I wanted. I went back 2 days after that and the lady said she didn't have enough time for me because she only had 30 minutes. As if this wasn't an inconvenience enough I couldn't get a refund. Just no. I usually go to the Amazing Lash on 7th and have for almost a year. I have no idea why their reviews are so bad on here but it is so much better than this. I came in for a fill and I usually go between 3-4 weeks between fills. This girl rushed through a 30 minute fill (I was charged my full monthly fee and I know it was exactly 30 minutes because she was running late) and said to come back in a week to get more done because she didn't have time to get all my lashes. Well, since this normally takes an hour, I'd imagine she'd run out of time if she rushed through a fill in 30 minutes. Also, don't wait until the end to tell me I need another fill in a week or a full set. Complete waste of money. Neither of my usual girls have ever suggested I need a full set. Overall, this just seemed like a pushy chain and I won't be going back. I've already made a follow-up with my usual person. I'm just disappointed I wasted $50 on something that their pricing sheet calls a "mini fill." read more

I have only ever had phenomenal experiences at Amazing Lash!! The two stylists I use are Leah and Syd and I've never been disappointed! I absolutely adore them both!! I've always been greeted with amazing customer service when I come in, as well as on the phone when they call to confirm the day before appointments. I get compliments on my lashes constantly!!! Diana was my stylist and she is absolutely awesome, I recommend her if you ever try out this place. Any advice to give to anybody looking at getting lashes, DON'T sign the contract. I have been trying to get out of my contract for a month now and still no word back they keep charging my card after I have repeatedly told them to stop now my bank is curious if they are fraud since they charged me 6 times in one day. Currently really upset considering I tried giving them a chance but their front desk really isn't customer service friendly. Still trying to cancel my "membership" more like a contract. I would recommend going somewhere else for Lash Lift services. I have very straight natural lashes and wanted to have them lifted before a beach vacation to avoid running mascara and photos that make me look like a corpse. I've had lash lifts done professionally before and have also done them on myself, always with good results. Amazing Lash charges you an extra fee if your lash tech has undergone extra training even though you get the same service, and my "extra trained" tech permed my lashes so that they lay all over the dang place. You can comb them and coax them into looking normal, but otherwise they lay in all different directions and look like they are clumped together. After several weeks, my lashes have slowly broken off and now they look like a spider that has been stepped on and is missing several legs. Absolutely not worth the money - especially the extra tech fee. Now it has been long enough that the lift has worn off so at least my lashes lay naturally again, but I am using a lash serum to try to get them to grow back from the damage. read more
