The first time I got my lashes done one month ago they came out amazing. It was my first time getting them done and I was very happy. I went back 2 weeks later for my refill and they came out horrible! They looked nothing like the first time! It's a week later and I have less lashes on my eyes then I did when I went for my fill in. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lashes were good, but service. Sucks. I've tried to cancel my account for 3 months and no one took me seriously and kept charging me every single month. They sent me an email that wasn't loading the pdf, and told me I had to come in person but I haven't been in the state, so I Kept calling about 10 times waiting for a manager to call me back, and that never happened. Up until yesterday I spoke with a manager, who refused to refund the 3 months that they were charging me, I even asked for my account to just be frozen for that time since they wouldn't cancel the account and nothing was done. She said she could refund the last month. (What about the other 2 payments .. lashes aren't cheap and after the service, I'm obviously not returning) So I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a unnecessary headache. I wouldn't sign up for a membership, or they'll hold your credit card hostage. read more

I'm so beyond disgusted with this establishment. I canceled my membership and was told on 5/29/2019 at around 6:30 PM by one of the girls at the front desk I had one fill left and to make sure I made the last appointment to get my money's worth. I went in for my last fill, tipped the lash tech and left thinking I'd never have to do business with Amazing Lash Delray again and that I was settled up since the fill was already paid for from the last monthly payment of $60.00 I received a phone call later that night stating I left before paying and that my card was no longer on file and they needed the card number. I called back but the establishment to inform them there must have been a mistake since it was my last month fill. Amazing lass was closed for the night. I woke up and saw a $114.99 charge from Amazing Lash Delray. I was at an utter loss for words. I called Amazing Lash in the morning and spoke to the manager Dilan who could careless about my situation and did not hear me or understand my issue. She even stated : "well, she charged you that amount for walking out and not paying." After literally telling her 3 times this was my last fill with my membership that one of your staff members set up for me and encouraged me to make the appointment since I had one last fill attached to my membership. Why would I schedule another appointment if I had already canceled my membership and pay the full price? The $60 was already charged. I requested that I get a phone call from the owner Allison in regards to them making an unidentifiable charge on my credit card. It appears nobody at this facility is taking this seriously and is stealing from their customers. Learn how to run a business honestly- stealing is a crime and I fully expect to be refunded one way or another. It would also be helpful if you had a manager on staff that actually knows how to communicate effectively with customers and have SOME knowledge. read more

I went to this place 2 weeks ago, as my friend had gone and liked it. She gave me the name of the "lash" person she used - Sam. So i felt ok. Never done this before, but... I did it. I liked the way my lashes looked immediately after. When I was checking out they sold me a contract - $59 per month for refills. And also-the person that did your lashes was a "master lasher" and will be $20 extra. I made an appointment for today, 2 weeks from original lashes - Sunday at 12 noon. I arrived at 12:12 pm, due to traffic and I was greeted with the receptionist and a form saying that I am forfeiting the time for which I was late. Not " sorry-this is our policy" and explaining the need for this policy.. I wanted to speak to "master lasher", Sam. The receptionist resisted getting her. She went into the back, where Sam was, several times and came out, finally asking me why I wanted to talk to her. I told her that I needed to find out how long my refill lashes would take her to do. She finally came out, asking what I needed. I asked her how long it would take and I was told that I needed to reschedule because it would take longer and that they would really be doing me a favor as I need to have more than 50 percent of my/their lashes left to get a refill and I didn't have that. They were so rude. I resheduled and cancelled this contract, however I doubt I would let these people near me and have already put a call into another private lash person. I am going to copy this review and send it to corporate if I can find them. The whole experiment just sucked big time. Btw-the lashes only looked good for one day before they started curling every which way.. read more

Long review but important to know. I Was impressed with this place at first and then was disappointed with customer service due to an unpleasant experience.. I've used GiGi as my tech the past three times I went there. She did great all those times and I had no complaints. This last time I went, I had to push my appointment back because traffic held me up. I CONFIRMED TWICE over the phone if it was okay to push back appointment. Receptionist said "yes it's okay. GiGi has no one behind you so it is okay". When I arrived , they asked me to sign a form pretty much stating "Due to being late, we are not responsible for any errors due to the shortened time." now according to the staff AND their website, master techs will complete your lashes in 45-60 mins. I was 30mins late, so technically my allotted slot time would only allow 30 mins to complete the job. every visit I've done with GiGi, she completed my lashes within 60 minutes, just like the ones she messed up on. so obviously they either weren't taking that policy seriously with the time frame OR she had the extra time, right? So I and can agree with that, and Before I signed, I double checked what they meant by that "like if she only does one eye, I have to walk out with one eye done and that's it?".. the receptionist laughed and stated "she's a master so she will finish, don't worry". She CONFIRMED everything will be completed in enough time. So I signed. When I go home that evening and look, my eyelashes were horrible. So thin and looked like she didn't do anything to them and that they needed to be filled again... I call in the morning and they say, our policy is to charge you your package. "I stated "so when your tech doesn't do a good job on lashes correctly, I have to use my package to fix the damage?" She stated how I signed the form so they're not responsible... I stated to the receptionist multiple times "I UNDERSTAND that IF there were NOT ENOUGH time then I get what I get and I can agree with that. Fair is fair.. But the fact that she completed it within the standard time frame, like she ALWAYS does (and even asked do I want fuller lashes which requires more time, which she obviously had and was willing to use if I agreed to get fuller lashes) then the problem WASNT that there WASNT enough time, but that she just happened to do a bad job that day.. they didn't care about any of that. Just the fact that I signed that paper, forcing me to either pay out of pocket or use my package. I'm disappointed that they wouldn't just own up to the mistake that was made. I simply asked to just fix the problem and that's it... end result was I used Beth, who did an amazing job by the way, and used upmy last package to fix the problem. The receptionist were snarky and unaccommodating during all this and I ended up canceling my membership. As stated before I agree with dealing with unfinished work if your allotted appointment time is interrupted due to being late, but to have deal with your lashes JUST because your tech is having a bad day is not justified at all. She was very nice and listened to my concerns so I will give credit for that but in the end, having to basically use pay for them to redo it, was very disappointing read more

I froze my account to take a break and when I called before 30 days prior to cancel and no longer be charged they still charged me! Not good customer service. This is probably one of the worst places to ever get a lash service done. I came in for a fill 3 days before my birthday so they'd look perfect and requested I get the "glam" look so they'd be full and fluffy. An hour later I exit the room in almost tears because there were about 15 lashes dispersed unevenly all throughout my lashes- it literally would have looked better if I didn't get a fill. The front desk girl agreed with me but still gave me the biggest attitude of the century and told me "that's just some of our lash techs style, maybe put strip lashes on." I just want to start this off by saying that this is my first review I've ever left of a place, and I never, ever complain or leave poor feedback. I usually just bite the cost and deal with it, but this experience was truly terrible. I made an appointment over the phone at Amazing Lash Studio in Delray Beach, and I was very excited that their first time price for a fill was only $59.99. When I walked into the salon, and went back into the room, I noticed that the bed (hospital bed with a strip of paper on it that didn't cover the entire surface) was very dirty. It looked as if there were black charcoal burns all over it or something. I tried to talk to the girl, who was actually very nice, and explain to her what I wanted. She agreed with me and told me that they could do that but it had to be a 3-D lash, which was going to be a small extra charge. It ended up being an additional $30, and she did the exact opposite of anything that I wanted. I had requested a cat eye look, with shorter lashes in the inner corner of my eye, a very subtle but full look (not trying to look like a baby doll). She first had my head hanging off the back of the table I guess so that she could get a better angle? But I've been to several other places before this and this is not normal. She also unfortunately had her hands resting on my forehead the entire time that she was working on my lashes. I ended up breaking out because of the constant contact. When she finished and I looked in the mirror, The lashes were literally brushing against my eyebrows, and the lashes in the inner corners of my eyes were ridiculously long and were poking the bridge of my nose. They looked ridiculous. When I got to the counter, I ended up paying a whopping $107 total for the terrible experience. In addition to all of this, two days passed, and nearly all of the lashes have fallen out. (Lashes are supposed to last 2-3 weeks!!) I called this morning and spoke to the manager who was also kind, but said that she was unable to give me a refund, and that my only option was to come back in (no chance that I would relive this experience!!!) and allow them to redo them. I think that I should have at least been able to receive a refund so that I can go get them redone at a different place. Can't believe that I wasted $100+ dollars for bad looking lashes that only lasted 2 days. I am very disappointed in my experience here, and I do not recommend coming to this place. read more

I call in for a Full Set eyelash extensions, the Girl put me on 3pm appointment. She told me since it's my first time I will pay $119.00 for a full set. I said it's okay, when Cara get to check my eyelash she said she will check the previous eyelashes that was done to me and she asked that she can put a little more volume. Which I thought she wants me to be satisfied with the outcome.Lashes done , I had to pay outside... the front desk said the total is $185.00 I said what happened to the $119.00 , she said "oh because she add volume " so I said $66 additional for adding a volume??? I ended up paying $185 then I said keep the $15 and I add more $5 so Cara can have $20 tip. I am extremely upset it's like a ripped off!!! Guys if these people wanna add on something they have to tell you as well there's more money to it.I was shocked that I had to pay this amount of money and nobody Inform me! I have been getting my lashes done for over a year now and have never had an experience like this. First of all the beds are so uncomfortable and they don't even have a pillow to put under your neck or blankets long enough to cover your whole body in the freezing establishment. My lash tech poked me in the eye with her tweezers and said "i'm working very closely to your eyes that happens sometimes" i have NEVER been stabbed during the process. Also i understand sometimes the lashes get stuck together and you have to pull them apart, this happened throughout the entire full set and hurt each time. At the end i opened my eyes to look at the work and i had lashes on my bottom lashes and the tech replied "sorry must have thought they were part of the top lashes!" we had to remove them from the bottom which hurt as well. Girls you must try it! I don't know what I would do without Adriana in my life! She has been making my lashes beautiful for over 6 months now and she is amazing. It is the best hour you could spend. Relaxing, almost falling asleep while she does her magic. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my lashes. It is so nice to wake up in the morning and not have to touch my lashes with mascara. Warning do not go to this establishment!!! First visit..was ok. lashes fell out within 11 hours. I had followed the instructions given to me..no makeup..no water near eyes etc..so i called and rebooked anappointment with "a more experienced " technician .according to the manager who I spoke with. Within six hours after my appointment.my eyes were burning and so red ..lashes came out on there own and went to an Urgent Care..lost a day at work because of an infection.i called establishment again after eyes cleared up.i asked for the manager. Asked for money back ..but I agreed to try one more time..The te nician was great .it was her Birthday..I explained the situation..she was professional.sweet .did an amazing job..by midnight my eyes were pouring out unbelievable gobs of glue. Pretty bad experience. When i first started going i loved my lashes and then i would see other people with lash extensions and they would be double the volume and length of mine at different places for the same price and then i realized that i could make my eyelashes look even fuller without any extensions and just mascara. Not only that, but when I would get a fill half of my lashes would be gone the next day and I would have to re book and pay for ANOTHER fill. I went in to cancel my account and the girls at the front desk were pointing at my account on the computer and laughing at it like they were making fun of me. It made me extremely uncomfortable and now i will NEVER go back and i will NEVER recommend any one there. The girls were so rude to me and talked down to me like I was a 7 year old. Most unprofessional service. There are multiple hidden fees so save your money. My second to last fill they used glue that burnt my eyes. My last fill they used a new glue the company was now using which my tech already told me she didn't like but used anyway. All of my eyelashes fell out within 3 days. When I called to cancel they told me I had to do one last payment. They should have refunded me. Now that I have no eyelashes I noticed I also have no real eyelashes and the ones I do are extremely short. read more
