The location and hours are convenient as they are open nights and weekends. However, they are very expensive. I booked a service online expecting a certain price, but the cost was much more. Almost double what I pay my normal stylist (who is on vacation). Also, I arrived early but they were running late - 15 minutes late! If the situation was reversed, I would have been charged. But the business gives no discount for their lack of professionalism. The place was clean and the stylist was nice. She did an adequate job but I will probably not return. read more

Horrible Experience at Coconut Creek Location - Poor Service & Unprofessional Staff I visited Amazing Lash Studio's Coconut Creek location for a second time, expecting the same high-quality service I received at the Boca location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. I went in for a classic lash look, bringing in photos of what I wanted, including examples from my first visit in Boca, where the technician had done an incredible job using the "Y" lash for a natural yet voluminous look. This time, however, things went terribly wrong. The technician, while sweet, kept snipping at my lashes throughout the process, and when I looked in the mirror after, I was shocked. The lashes were too close to my waterline, felt uncomfortable, and were not the style I had asked for. One eye was a cat-eye shape, and the other was not, making me look uneven. When I pointed out a long lash on one eye that was exactly the length I wanted, the technician proceeded to CUT it! I couldn't believe it. I've never had someone cut my eyelashes, especially after I explicitly said I liked the length. Things got worse when I went to the front desk to address the issue. Amanda, the front desk manager, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She tried to argue that my lashes looked the same as the photos I showed her, but it was clear they didn't. She seemed more concerned with defending the service and getting paid than addressing my dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, she was going to charge me more than expected, despite confirming the price when I booked. I called the Boca location for advice, and the staff there was understanding and helpful, directing me to try the Delray location. I called Delray and spoke with Chelsea, who was very kind and told me I needed to go back to Coconut Creek to get the issue resolved. When I called back to the Coconut Creek location, Amanda was not only unhelpful but incredibly condescending. She interrupted me repeatedly, and when I tried to explain how uncomfortable my lashes felt, she dismissed my concerns. She even threatened that if I removed the lashes, I'd have to pay again for a full service. In the end, I went to Delray, where the technician removed my lashes, but because I was late due to the miscommunication with Amanda, they couldn't fix them. Now, I'm left lashless and with glue residue in my eyes, having paid for a service that was far from what I expected. I won't be returning to Amazing Lash Studio, especially after the unprofessional behavior from Amanda. She needs proper training in customer service or, at the very least, a better attitude. I'm now fighting for a refund, which is a hassle I shouldn't have to deal with. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here, as the service and staff at this location do not live up to the Amazing Lash reputation. read more

I've been to many Amazing Lash locations and this is the worst. The receptionists have poor attitudes. The lash technician put the get pads too close to my eyes and used way too much glue which caused redness inside my eye for several days after. She had to flush my eyes out twice during the service. While the girls that did my lashes were very nice and did a good job, I have issues with how the business is being run. I recently have had some financial issues, and I need to cancel the membership. The $165 each month was just too much, when your counting penny's. I sent the first letter of cancelation (just as the instructions told me) back in March 2025. After 4 more emails, now as of June 6th, they still have not canceled my membership. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company to get my funds back. I tend to be sensitive to lotions and sprays so I figured the smart thing to do would be to test it before I get a full set for an important day. I've only just left but they feel good so far. Jasmine was very sweet and intentional. She tucked me in with a blanket, gave me a neck pillow, put things under my shoulders, dimmed the lights, sprayed some calming spray, and had a gentle touch. Then when I complained about it the next day they gave me a "correction" appointment with a senior lash tech that was only allowed to fill in my lashes for 30minutes ... even though I clearly needed a full set since the one I spent two hours getting the day before completely fell out. I went to amazing lashes last week Saturday, it's a nice studio my lash tech was very nice and friendly. The lashes were beautiful when I left, but that same night they starting falling out, by Monday I had patches, I call them the next day, they told me to come in for a repair. I called to make an appointment for a full set. Being a newbie to getting my lashes done in studios, I wasn't sure what to expect. When I called the girl who answered the phone was rude and not very informative. When she asked me for my CC info and I asked why she said to hold the appointment. Nothing else. Ok. But it was all good maybe they just do everything bigger in Texas haha. So I didn't say anything loved the more natural look and went on about my way. I was pregnant.. then had the baby then the pandemic .. and I booked since I was going on vacation!! I was Looking forward to this for ever!! When I booked they changed lash techs on me since they over booked her . And my time.. I asked if my new tech was pretty good.. I want someone who has a lot of experience and is kind of quick I have vertigo and can't lie flat for long I get very dizzy. They said ya ya ya ya ya.. she has previous lash experience... I said ,okay.. Anyways, I came in... checked in. Waited for my tech. Went into the room and started the process.. we started talking , and she is brand NEW at lashes!!!! She said she's done only about 10!!!! All the girls there are new at it and they are all Practicing that's why the special is what is is .. but 10??? I was actually really mad at the front desk!! Also the tech said in the room it was $20 for being a practice model that day .. and when I went to pay it was $69.00 and wouldn't honor the $20.00 that the lash tech made a mistake it was for the prior week only. They shouldn't tell clients two different prices!! Also, not only is the location new but so are the lash girls!!!
