Other places I have gone, you can eat more than half the donut and wonder if there is any filling in them. every single bite had filling. Was I satisfied with the donut? Heck yes, I was. I have had a few other opportunities to have donuts from here and have never been disappointed. Sometimes I have a hard time with the price, but then after eatting the donut(s) I remember it is worth it, more so than grocery stores who charge almost the same price. These are quality donuts. I ate a lemon danish and it was delicious. This was the best danish I ever had because it wasn't overly sweet, and it had a soft texture. Carstens is by far the best German Bakery in the State of Idaho. The prices were reasonable, customer service was great and their donuts and pastries tasted amazing! I highly recommend stopping at Carstens if you want good quality pastries.
