Jackie and her staff are so warm and welcoming every morning at drop off and during pick-up. My daughter's teacher sends me a few pictures of what she works on and plays with during their outside time. The food options are healthy for her meals and snacks. They staff does a wonderful job with creativity; making ice cream in a plastic baggie, and bringing in donuts for the kids. She is learning to become independent and using her imagination. If I could give this place specifically the South location 0 stars I would. I have attempted to get…read moremy daughter enrolled there as I had to return to work in 2 weeks. I took the tour, I filled out the enrollment forms AND turned them in on Friday Nov. 17th the lady told me all she had to do was email over my forms to the Enrollment Department so they could pull my account over and then she would call me when they did that so I could pay the registration fee, obviously it was the weekend and then Monday came around and I called the Enrollment Department and they said they didn't receive anything and they were going to reach out to the center. Didn't hear anything on Tuesday. Wednesday came and I called early morning and the enrollment department STILL hasn't received any forms (how hard is it to just email over some forms??) so I called the center and they asked for me and my daughters information, put me on hold, came back and said she would have some kind of director call me back. 5PM came around and still did not hear anything so I called again cause I know they closed at 6 or 6:30 and for the holidays Thursday and Friday. Enrollment Department was closed for the holidays so I called the center again... whoever answered must've hated her job cause she had such a hostile attitude but she asked for me and my daughters information again... put me on hold... came back and said "the enrollment department is closed for the holidays so we are gonna have to revisit this discussion on Monday" (When I put on the form that I would like for her to start attending) I heard great things about this place but you'd think that I am trying to get a service from and pay them they would want to hurry things up.... Such a inconvenience and I didn't know it was so hard to get my child enrolled. Not to mention they STILL have automated numbers calling asking how my TOUR went. Definitely not the environment I want my Daughter around. Clearly they don't take children as a priority.

I am beyond impressed by everyone at this school. From the director who is kind, personal, and wonderful, the admin staff are amazing coming up with creative ways to celebrate and teach, the staff always having a smile and hello when you pass, and of course the teachers. The teachers are what any parent is looking for for their children. The amount of effort and skill that goes into the daily learning is incredible. My 5 year old is in Ms Kim and Ms Maria's class, she has grown so much in a year. She just scored 99 %tile on the state testing and the knowledge she teaches us at dinner is beyond her years. She's leaving pre K knowing how to read, write, addition/subtraction. My other one is in Ms Marisol and Ms Teresitas 2's class and learning so much. I highly recommend this daycare for anyone questioning it. I highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

He's now in the 1 year old room & excelling with the wonderful care there as well! Ms. Angela & Ms. Natalee are incredibly sweet!
