Drew, our salesman, made no promises, but actually participated on a conference call when I filed the insurance claim. That was just the start of exceptional service. The repairs were scheduled quickly and every aspect of the process was explained in detail. Prior to move day the shingles and supplies were delivered. The company dropping it off was very professional and made sure it was staged exactly where we desired to avoid any issues with access to our garage. Come move day, the roofers showed up as scheduled. I was not home during this part of the process as I work from home and it is a rather noisy process. I received photos throughout the day along with progress reports of the project. Drew even called me from his own wedding rehearsal to let me know they were done. My roof, which was rather large was completed in one day. The dumpster was picked up promptly the next day. My husband and I walked around the house once we returned home and there was no visible signs on the ground that my entire roof had been replaced. No trash, old shingles, nails, etc to be found! We have since, after a rainstorm, found two nails, however as Drew explained, that could be expected. I would highly recommend Whitaker Roofing for all your roofing needs. Hopefully you will be fortunate enough to get Drew as your salesman too!

I don't know anything about their workmanship because I ended up not using them. They gave me an estimate for an Atlas Pinnacle Impact roof at just under $30,000 dollars. Their salespeople told me it was because of the warranties. That caused suspicion, so I decided to check the other certified Atlas contractors I was given in my area. I got an estimate for the same Atlas Pinnacle Impact roof, with all of the same warranties for $15,000. Now you see why I am writing this review. Are you kidding me. Just the thought of that kind of price discrepancy causes consternation. But this is Georgia where I have run into many shysters. Like I said, stay away from Whitaker Roofing Company, LLC., and stick with the three-estimate rule.

Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. They moved so fluidly with no wasted effort which quickened the process. We are so glad we choose Juan and Pro-Roofing and are so appreciative of the quality of work his team provided. As I walked around, though, I noticed some things that were off. First of all, there were clumps of hair left on the floor. I paid for them to clean the carpet, which they did, but didn't pick up the gathered hair, I guess? My vanity table and dressers has some jewelry and things on the surface, and while I didn't expect them to organize them completely, it was just thrown together. Now some of my jewelry is tangled. And if this is part of the process, I get it, but I didn't expect to have to do work after a cleaning. I also had a very expensive neon sign that was broken and a mysterious stain left on my wall that wasn't there before. The cleaners needed more time, which I granted, but I am not happy with some of the mistakes made. I have contacted the company and sent them pictures. We will see if they reimburse me for the broken items and the stain and if they make this right. Will update once an arrangement is made to remedy this.

Either way, I paid to have it cleaned and it was not. I had to spend mote money to hire someone else to come behind ACS who would not refund or even return my calls/texts/e mails. My gutter is leaking pretty rapidly at the end cap, that buts up to my house. I send him a video and kindly asked him if he could come inspect and fix. I'm sure it's a simple fix by maybe crimping the end cap on tighter or putting some sealant on. Instead, he asks if I have gotten my gutters cleaned since the install to which I say, yes, I use a reputable gutter cleaning company called guru gutter cleaning that vacuums out the gutters from the ground and I have this done twice yearly per recommended schedule. Keep in mind Keith did my gutter job only 10 months ago. Keith replied that since someone else cleaned my gutters, he will essentially not stand behind his work and even BOTHER coming out to inspect it to see what the problem is and if he could fix it. So essentially people, if you don't use Keith and his company Urban Seamless Gutters to clean your gutters as well for the life of the gutters, the work he performed is null and void and he will not stand behind it if you have a problem. BEWARE of this, as his response was basically, oh well, if you post a review we will respond with our service agreement?? So this is the type of business that puts a bunch of stuff in fine print so they can get out of standing behind their work!? That's pure greed to force someone to use you to also clean your gutters in order for you to stand behind the work? An honest business would try and fix something this small, especially when I'm positive my gutter cleaning had nothing at all to do with this leaking, he just doesn't want to deal with it. Just be warned so you don't have to deal with this. In Keith's words (see his text) Maybe I am not the right "caliber" of customer for your business since I want an honest business to stand behind their work. Really I don't think you are the right "caliber" of business for me if you have to beg for google reviews by sending multiple spam texts either and can't get them naturally. This is the end of my rant but I really did want this to get solved without posting this but I do want to warn other potential customers about the lack of service I received when faced with a problem, which is really when real customer service begins.
