I've spent thousands of dollars here and even referred several friends because I once trusted their services--largely due to technicians like Taina, who was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Adela, has been extremely disappointing. Over time, I noticed my hair growth was actually getting worse compared to when I used to shave. When I brought this up, instead of addressing the concern or trying to fix the issue, I was told it was my fault for not being consistent enough--and was immediately encouraged to purchase yet another package. I agreed at the time because Taina was still working there and I trusted her. However, she later left, and I was not informed ahead of time. After that, I continued treatments with Vanessa and repeatedly requested my treatment file to understand what settings were being used, since the results clearly weren't effective--especially after I had just spent another $1,400. Despite being told multiple times that my file would be sent, I didn't receive it until April 19--only after my services were abruptly canceled. I was told this was due to "profanity" and being "aggressive," which I find incredibly unfair given the situation. After years of loyalty, significant financial investment, and lack of results, frustration is a natural response. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and transparency. Instead of working with long-term clients to resolve concerns, the focus seems to be on selling more packages rather than delivering results. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

But once Sapna spoke with me at length about the procedure and what to expect, she got right down to the get down for my armpits and let me tell you - it hurt like an old school whooping. Yet, it was only about 30 seconds (no numbing cream) under each arm and before you know it I was done. She was extremely professional and patient with all of my questions (I can be annoying at times), and this is something that I truly do appreciate. So her spot is all about the no frills...so what? It's neat, it's clean, and the equipment is state of the art - that's what matters in my book. Oh, and after a couple of weeks when I didn't see any difference in my hair growth I thought, "I've been bamboozled!!" Sure enough though, a week and a half later, my underarms are practically hairless, and that's after only one session. So I say to you, be patient...you will see results soon enough. I have two more sessions left and I'm more than confident that I will be completely bare.

Barbie; the injector, had recommended a skincare supplement to go along with it because I have bad hyperpigmentation on my skin. I didn't ask the price of the pills but I was told that $164 would cover 10 units of Botox (at $10 a unit) plus the box of pills. This was on April 4th; Now I had to come back and get the pills the next day, so I came back today, April 5th, and they tried to trick me and gave me a box with 10 pills. On the box it says clearly, there should be 30 capsules. I called back and asked why I only received 10 pills and they told me it was because I didn't pay for them and they offered these ten as a sample.. huh? The owner called me back saying the woman at the front desk and the injector, Barbie, told her I received 16 units. This isn't possible as I had Botox put into my face just 11 days ago, the day before I had to fly to NY. This was done at my trusted spa in Los Angeles, I've added the receipt in photos. I told Barbie multiple times I only wanted 10 units MAX! I also told the owner this, she told me she would have a talk with Barbie and she basically trusts her employees over my word. What can I do!
