No I'm not a professional (in other words, I do not get paid to train my horse), but I have brought up several horses, I trained yearlings to 3 year-olds for a Morgan horse farm and have ridden and shown since I was 4 years old. I am very happy at Triple C Farm, where I am not looked down upon for not employing a professional trainer. The owners are fantastic - so kind and knowledgeable. There are cameras set up for our access to watch our horses when we are not there! There are nice bright lights in the barn ("crappy barn" lights are so lame)! The place is spotless! I can actually keep my tack trunk in an air-conditioned tack room rather than in front of a stall in a hot barn! Even the restroom is delightfully clean! Cold water in the fridge, beautiful wash racks, giant stalls with breezy windows and run-outs, nice soft sand arena, and also lovely - this is a farm! Chickens and cows and donkeys and a beautiful pond and property. Last but not least, the doods and urine go straight to a burn pile; very few flies around and no stinky barn. I was thoroughly impressed with the property, stables are immaculate, and the staff is genuine. We checked out a few other horse boarding stables in Fort Pierce and Palm City. Trust when I say, there is no stable in those areas that even compare. The level of service is exceptional and the people who work there are NOT pretentious. It's just the best!!! I needed something low cost, simple, and not so fussy so we looked through facebook and found a photographer suggestion from a friend. She works with pets, too! She donates half of her profits to an animal rescue that she works with in West Palm Beach. So, my husband and I decided to contact her and set up an appointment to do a shoot. She replied quickly and set us up the following weekend. The price was very reasonable and she was so friendly, I could tell it would be a great shoot. We met up with Kari at Dreher Park on a beautiful sunny day and she brought along a lot of holiday props in case we wanted to spruce up the photos. She had a great selection of props. The shoot was very easy going, flexible, and she said she had come to the park the day before to check out where the "good" spots would be to ensure there'd be pretty blossoms and such to give us a variety of scenes to shoot on. The following evening, she gave us a sneak preview of the photos on her facebook page and we LOVE them! I am waiting to get my photos on a CD in a few days so I can go and choose and print them out myself. My husband and I are really impressed with her work, how reasonably priced it was, how friendly she was, and that the best part is she loves her job enough to just donate half of the proceeds of her work to an animal rescue. I just LOVE that, a job with dual purposes! We definitely will be returning to her and recommending her to other friends and especially if they've got kids and pets! She's just so wonderful with them as you can tell by her photos.

I have been using Kari for 2-3 photo shoots a year for events such as baby showers, newborn shoots, holiday cards, cake smashes, and family portraits for 4 years now and she never disappoints. She is always accommodating with her schedule (even last minute), well prepared (great props for newborn and smash cake sessions!) sends me sneak peeks right away, and final edited images within days! Kari has an innate ability to work with babies, toddlers and animals, as well as directing the adults to get the very best results. I cannot recommend Kari highly enough.
