Justin is fantastic for room blocks and I can tell he loves his job, he was also quite quick and responsive! Overall, if budgeted properly and planned for spending more than your initial budget with essential add ons, Disney is a great choice for a destination wedding. Make sure to ask all of the details questions because they will also help you with the price. On site, all of the coordinators were really on top of things they even prevented what could've been a great mishap when I started to walk out to lineup for the wedding Pavilion, but my Groom was an out debt and they prevented me from walking out so that he wouldn't see me, everything ran on time and was like a well oiled machine, people attended to our every need as if we were a real life, Prince and princess, Riding in the Cinderella's Coach was truly a dream come true an absolutely worth all of it My husband and I kept talking about how we couldn't believe how great the wedding was going and how much fun everyone was having and that it was all running smoothly and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells for their wedding or…read moreevent coordination. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The owner, Michelle, spoke disrespectfully not only to members of my bridal party, but also to members of my vendor team, Disney coordinators, and even members of her own staff. I was later informed by several individuals that her communication style toward her own team was often condescending and demeaning. It took some time for these concerns to fully come to my attention because many people intentionally chose not to burden me with the stress while I was enjoying newlywed marital bliss. On top of that, multiple personal items of mine were misplaced, and several items included in my BEO were completely missed because their checklist was not properly completed or verified. These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event. What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard. A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I highly recommend future brides and couples do extensive research before hiring this company.

Prior to booking I called to discuss pick-up and how it would work. They promised me that we could pick everything up the night before so that the event could run smoothly. They told me that they would reach out to coordinate a pick-up from their warehouse. I did not hear back from them. I reached out again just days before the event and was once again told that I needed to wait for their warehouse to reach out to me. On the day that I was supposed to do the pick-up I was told a range of "probably" 5-8 p.m. I arrived at 5:45 and no one was there. I called them (the person on the phone sounded annoyed, how dare I want this information....) and was told that they were leaving Tampa and I would get a call when they were almost there so that I could come pick everything up. I waited and waited and waited and never got a call. I called pack and went to voicemail. My event started the following morning at 8 a.m., at 9:15 I got a call from a very kind receptionist who had no idea what had happened. Truly, avoid this company at all costs. They are incredibly unreliable and will lie directly to your face.

We were able to do our celebration with the Chef managing the food in the background, without it feeling intrusive. What about playing dress up all day and being pampered as much as little girls can be? I'm sure to the answer to all of these questions is yes please, but then the thought of planning it all out, getting out the supplies, being in charge of a bunch of kids and everything else related fills the brain. Well, thank to Butterfly Dreams Parties, you don't have to do anything but find out what your daughter wants and give them a phone call. They do the rest of the work for you. Most of the party packages encompass a princess theme which includes, a princess and hostess to manage the party from start to finish so you don't have to, tutus and boas, tiaras and wands, dress up gowns and accessories, princess tattoos, princess music and parade, story and picture time, arts and crafts time, a princess gift bag for each child and a personalized gift for the lucky birthday child. There are over a dozen different packages to choose from, each one a bit different from the next. Most of them are for up to 8 children and last about 1 1/2 hours. However, for an extra cost you can add more children and even make the party longer. Also, if there is something that doesn't come with the party package you choose that your child wants you can always add it in for an additional cost. As far as the prices go, most of the party packages range between $225 and $275. A $75 deposit is required to hold the date that you want, but fully goes toward your overall bill. If you like the concept but don't think your son will fly for a princess party, rest assured that Butterfly Dreams also caters to little boys with more suitable themed parties such as princes, pirates and cooking. Plus, they can do themed parties for adults as well, which usually center around tea parties and cooking in most cases. However, if you have your heart set on a princess party I'm sure they can work something out. Clearly this is not a cheap investment, but it would save you time, hassle and probably a little bit of money in the end to have Butterfly Dream Parties. At the very least, you'll still be sane when all is said and done...and your child will have a wonderful party!
