Told front desk lady (who said she was the manager) I was there to pick up the order - she scuffed at me and said there's no way that it would be done since they had just received it. The second I sent the original email with the file, I called to confirm they received. Which they did. The "manager" was completely unprofessional and rude. If you can't get something done, that's fine. Just say it. Don't sell me on something any not do it, and darn sure don't be rude to a customer who literally did nothing wrong.
