Complaint Description: Landscape on our property without…read morepermission, damage to sprinkler system. July 2015 landscaper did work next door and changed our landscape, which we did not want. They dug up yard and messed with sprinklers. Which they did not have our permission to do anything to our property. Now sprinklers do not work the way they are suppose to. We did not pay for anything because we did not hire them to perform a service for us. Once again they did work which they did not have permission to perform. Your Desired Resolution: We want our property fixed back to its original condition, which was total grass and the sprinklers fixed back to original working condition.

The first company I had out was a no call no show, the next day when I called them again they showed up late. I had them out to diagnose the main valve in the ally. They charged me $65 to tell me the valve needed to be replaced because it was leaking. I already knew it was leaking!! duh, and upon further inspection, after the tech left, I realized it wasn't the valve but the pvc coming out of the valve. That was very poor troubleshooting. The second was nice and fair priced but they had to come out 3 times to fix one valve....the valve went out soon after they left the third time. The third fixed the valve but charged way, way too much....close to $90 an hour. At this point like most others I just assume all sprinkler repair companies are just awful. Lawnscapes Sprinkler Co. is a diamond in the rough. It is everything you would want, prompt, fair pricing, friendly service. I would encourage you to visit their website to see who you are dealing with. Please save yourself some grief and call them first.

They were really MY LAST CALL after reaching out to five other companies. Some of them never sent us an estimate. Taylor (the owner) was quick to respond and even came over as soon as we talked to answer my list of questions. He assured me that we would not pay a penny until he was done with the work and were completely satisfied, which sounded unbelievable at first. His pricing is reasonable and doesn't ask for a non- refundable deposit like others. Taylor is professional, down to earth, easygoing, knowledgeable, reliable, patient, detail oriented, organized, adaptable and was available whenever I had any questions. His crew is hardworking, polite and considerate. They always closed our gates when they left and even rinsed off our windows after the dirt work was completed. Taylor and his crew gave us exceptional customer service which I used to think didn't exist anymore. Taylor made the vision we had for our yard into a reality. We really appreciate all y'all did!!!
