Mr.Restore uses the phrase " industry standard" to add several hidden charges to their bill. The also will charge $800 for overhead (papers,pens etc) and profit. That doesn't even include the exuberant price they charge for the equipment rental. We sent the crew with 7 rugs to try and clean and save. This happened 05/19, and we received our rugs back on 06/12/2023. They were not cleaned, I took pictures of them, 1 rug came in with leaves on it and I vacuumed it. I sent in the pictures to the PM and a member of management, of which, we have yet to receive any response. We will be throwing these rugs out. They are not salvageable. Would not recommend this establishment at all!
