Mr.Restore uses the phrase " industry standard" to add several hidden charges to their bill. If you call them just know that you will be charged $400 or more for the supervisor' s to fill out paperwork for the insurance company. The also will charge $800 for overhead (papers,pens etc) and profit. That doesn't even include the exuberant price they charge for the equipment rental. Servepro or Carpet tech would be a better option than Mr.Restore, they at least are honest in their billing practices. read more

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They will tell you anything to get you to hire them, Then the misery begins, They tell you that the maximum amount of time to finish the project is 6 months, then spend more time not even working on the project then time spent doing anything, Your house will sit for weeks, even up to a month with nothing being done, You better watch their sub contractors they hire too, They will take many shortcuts that is going to require being re done sometime in the future, Even their own so called experts in certain fields will tell you that you can make changes in the original design, only to find out they don't even know how to measure correctly. Then blame the customer saying they have to live with an appliance sticking partway through a door entrance, because thats how it is going to be. Seriously, the stress they put on their customers is beyond belief, by the way its been 8 1/2 months now and there is no end in sight! We see there trucks at other projects they are starting just leaving this project sit with no work...Great Job, Right? DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PROJECT!! You will regret it.... read more

We sent the crew with 7 rugs to try and clean and save. This happened 05/19, and we received our rugs back on 06/12/2023. They were not cleaned, I took pictures of them, 1 rug came in with leaves on it and I vacuumed it. I sent in the pictures to the PM and a member of management, of which, we have yet to receive any response. We will be throwing these rugs out. They are not salvageable.
