Complaint Description: Landscape on our property without…read morepermission, damage to sprinkler system. July 2015 landscaper did work next door and changed our landscape, which we did not want. They dug up yard and messed with sprinklers. Which they did not have our permission to do anything to our property. Now sprinklers do not work the way they are suppose to. We did not pay for anything because we did not hire them to perform a service for us. Once again they did work which they did not have permission to perform. Your Desired Resolution: We want our property fixed back to its original condition, which was total grass and the sprinklers fixed back to original working condition.

Was very knowledgable about the details and practical applications. Price was very fair. His crew came out the next business day and worked the soil and applied seed and fertilizer. He followed up with irrigation rates need and time frame To apply. Very happy with crew that did the work in being careful about dogs, access, other plants And clean up. Will use Coleman's for follow up fertilizing/grub yearly plan and irrigation system improvements.

Mike Coleman is very good with lawns pretty good with sprinkler systems, and just okay with the…read moreweed deterrents-but I guess that's true of anyone in West Texas. He is not so good monitoring his people to be sure they are doing a good job on your lawn - But if you Call and complain, he will try to make you happy. He likes to talk to people and wants to talk to you directly - but watch out - if you talk or complain too much he will use that against you later. He is Very Busy. He doesn't know how to quote a job, so he only gives verbal quotes and says "it will probably be a little more" - and then it ends up being a lot more! And apparently their computer system can't handle hourly billing and they don't correct it before they send it out. Mike and his team doesn't really know how to do fencing either. He did a small repair that was fine, but I am not happy with the replacement job at all. I will be looking through those uneven gaps in between pickets into my neighbor's patio for years to come.

He did that for me , trimmed and shaped our long hedge in front, dug up grass growing on the paving next to our fence where dirt collected , pulled weeds from our side yard, and cleaned up our little patio that looked like a jungle . I have had many problems with my sprinkler system. I have had 4 different sprinkler repair…read morecompanys come out and this is by far, no comparison the best. The first company I had out was a no call no show, the next day when I called them again they showed up late. I had them out to diagnose the main valve in the ally. They charged me $65 to tell me the valve needed to be replaced because it was leaking. I already knew it was leaking!! duh, and upon further inspection, after the tech left, I realized it wasn't the valve but the pvc coming out of the valve. That was very poor troubleshooting. The second was nice and fair priced but they had to come out 3 times to fix one valve....the valve went out soon after they left the third time. The third fixed the valve but charged way, way too much....close to $90 an hour. At this point like most others I just assume all sprinkler repair companies are just awful. Lawnscapes Sprinkler Co. is a diamond in the rough. It is everything you would want, prompt, fair pricing, friendly service. I would encourage you to visit their website to see who you are dealing with. Please save yourself some grief and call them first.
