We came here because we were starving and it was literally right next to us, but it was definitely a mistake. Even being super hungry, which usually creates a more forgiving palate, the food was not anything resembling good and the prices were ridiculous.
We got nachos to start... the chips were a bit stale, there was no cheese (what!) and the only thing on them was some old jalapenos. It came with some salsas on the side, which were ok, but not great. Certainly not worth 9€. The main courses arrived and they were a bit better, but not great by any means. We tried the lamb tacos and the chicken quesadillas. Both were ok, but very sweet in flavor - it tasted like the BBQ sauce in the quesadilla was basically straight sugar. The portions were small, not quite enough for me.
The weirdest thing, though, was the drinks. I had a hard lemonade and it was ok (except for being carbonated, which I didn't expect, but was fine) but my mom tried to order a margarita and had quite a strange experience. She asked for it with just the normal mix (not strawberry flavored or the other flavors they had on the menu) and was instead given a martini glass with just tequila and Cointreau, no mix at all. Weirder still, it seemed like only half the rim was salted, the other bit was actually sugar! We would have stayed to get it figured out, but service was quite slow and we didn't want to wait any longer to get out of there.
All this, and we ended up paying 50€ or so. Totally not worth it. Stay away. read more
