The food is lukewarm and probably prepared somewhere else and just thrown into a fryer at the kitchen. Cheese is disgusting and nachos are wet, hamburger steak has a structure of a shoeheel and fries are merely warmish. Service guy barely spoke, and the lady charged extra for starters guacamole while the main course had guacamole as much as we would have wanted. Unfortunately Helsinki has only very few Mexican places and this one is the one that somehow survived throughout the years, but nothing in the food or service letsnus understand why it is so. Avoid.

I told my husband to see if the door was open to this restaurant, Pueblo, and it was! They were super close to closing and were gracious enough to let us order take away. Both gentlemen were super friendly and we had a great conversation with them while we waited. They had jarritos (Mexican drink) which are always a win, and we ordered tacos. The shrimp was seasoned to perfection- and the carnitas had a tiny bit of spice that really elevated the flavor. The tortillas are made fresh in house and the guacamole was also super fresh. TLDR: you should come try it out! I highly recommend!

The menu includes enough for a vegetarian to be fed, and the corn tortillas and salsas are made fresh daily. They also have a well stocked bar and a nice cocktail menu to match. My family stopped in for lunch one quiet afternoon. We all ordered tacos, and were so glad to see that an order of at least three tacos included sides of rice and beans. The rice was a-ok, but the beans were delicious and had us all asking for the final few bites. There honestly wasn't a bad bite for any of us. I hadn't expected to find tasty Mexican food in Finland, but Helsinki is filled with an amazing array of cultures and cuisines. Pueblo was just the beginning of a wonderful few days of adventure, and we could not have picked a better place to start if we'd tried. I highly recommend the. We also had the 3 tapas of olives, goat cheese w/berry sauce and a meatball. I enjoyed the olives but I don't like goat cheese. It wasn't strong goat cheese but was paired well with the sauce.
