This far north of the equator I wasn't expecting to get perfectly ripe and freshly made guacamole, but they made it happen with great flavor! If you're up for a 2-3hour experience, and everyone can agree to have the tasting menu, go for it- it will be a great introduction to the menu! I didn't realize salt could become foam until it was floating on top of my straight-up margarita, but it was far better than whatever that foam is that floats at the edge of the sea.
