When I picked my dog up after a few nights of boarding, he had the skin of his nose scraped off and a bad cough. When I asked about it, staff members said it was the first time they saw the condition of his nose and the first time they heard him cough. They said his nose was probably from trying to get out and nudging at the door a lot. It looks like teeth scrapes from another dog. They were so dismissive of my concern. We will not be back.

We have some odd things, (feeding the hawk raw quail) that we needed done and she has been a trooper in doing them all and then some, like bringing in the mail and putting away garbage cans from the street and even watering plants.
