Just arrive 20 minutes before your flight and they take care of everything. My favorite part is that they have their own security so you don't have to go through the regular tsa security. No self parking, you can valet or just uber here. Good snacks and coffee while you wait. They are not the same as flying private but so much better than commercial first class due to less time wasted at the airport. I'm a big fan!

Quick weekend trip? Just do it!…read more This was my first time flying JSX and his 1200th. We took a quick weekend trip to San Francisco. the flight went to Oakland and SF was a quick 20 minute uber ride. This flight was actually more cost effective than first class on a highly rated airline. Love that! Plenty of leg room on the flight. Just an FYI the seats afe in a 2/1 configuration and are a bit smaller than standard 1st class on a commercial airline but not dealing with long security lines and crowded lounges was definitely worth it! The App is very smooth for booking just like other airlines with the exception that you can't go back a step when booking. If you want to change something you have to start all over. The staff was very nice upon arrival we dropped our bags and showed our IDs and sat on the lounge with drinks while we waited. Both the indoor and outdoor lounges are very comfy with plenty of seating!(couches cubby chairs high tables etc. ) Be sure to arrive no less than 20-30 minutes before your flight departure.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: This company is as professional and courteous as they come. Michael not only was very patient with the fact that I WAS running late to pick up the car (he had another client to accommodate), BUT e also took some time to show me the many features of the BMW i8. In addition, he was very responsive, thorough, and communicated very well whether it was via text or phone call. This company is nothing short of amazing wen it comes to accommodating clients and meeting their needs in a professional manner. ABOUT THE BMW i8: Well, what can I say? It's a BMW i8. I had the privilege of driving my clients around in a $150,000+ exotic vehicle. The car was clean and gassed up for me to get in and go. My clients were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED when I came to pick them up in this car (1 client one day, the second client the next day). In this industry (web development) there is a LOT of competition, so you have to stand out. THIS CAR allowed me to do just that. Drives beautifully, shifts gracefully, and is great on gas. CONCLUSION: I will definitely be renting THIS CAR for all my business meetings or if I just want to cruise down PCH for a day or two just to explore the beachside and the beautiful sights LA has to offer. I highly recommend MX Transportation if you are looking for a company to overdeliver and go above and beyond to meet your expectations in service, quality, and professionalism. We chose to fly privately due to the time constraints at both ends. We had a short window to depart after our two youngest finished school in order to arrive for the special concert in which our son was performing. We had numerous emails and promises/guarantees of quality service. We were scheduled to leave at 3:15PM sharp! At approximately 1:30 the plane due to take us had a mechanical problem. A second, smaller and clearly inferior plane was offered (no discount offered until requested and then a very minor amount far less than should have been quoted). We had no choice, so reluctantly agreed. At 3:00 PM that plane suddenly had a mechanical problem and we were told "Too bad, either go the next day (entirely missing our son's performance), or pay an extra $5,000 for a larger plane that would get us there in time. WE HAD NO CHOICE , SO UNDER PROTEST, AGREED. After signing a revised contract the plane suddenly could not be relocated for several hours. Consequently we paid $5,000 above our original contract to arrive too late to hear our son's concert. A few days later, we requested the $5,000 premium be returned. Still waiting. If you fly privately, use an operator that has access to a fleet of planes or if they are strictly a charter operator like quantum Jets, don't utilize the famous "bait and switch" technique.
