She's so sweet with the older crowd, but it feels as if she doesn't think I know my own coffee preferences and gives off a passive aggressive tone. I always try to tip based on the service, but I hope she realizes it's a reflection of my experience. I get that maybe she had a long morning or bad day but I've gone all times of the day but nothing has changed. It just sucks when I can't ever get a good experience when I've seen online and in person that she's very friendly. It's hard to find another drive-through coffee spot, and I really do love their coffee, so I'm hoping for a more positive vibe next time (as I always do when I stop going for months). P.S. I do not know the barista, therefore I have no bad blood with her. I genuinely don't know why she has a hard time giving good customer service to me.
