Tasty jerk chicken and plantains! Fast service, good portions. They also offer kale and cabbage salad, pastries stuffed with various meats, and other Jamaican specialties. The plantains were so hot that we had to wait for them to cool, but wow!, was it worth the wait.

Everything was delicious! Great balance of spice and flavor. Can't wait to try the oxtail next.

What she offers is something dissimilar to anything you'll find in the triangle: Grilled wings. Full Street gives you totally grilled wings, but they still give you a ton of moistness to them. The go to sauce is undoubtedly the "Sweet Heat," which is a medium spiced hot garlic sauce with huge chunks of fresh garlic mixed in. Diverse in sauces, Full Street can do just about anything you want in terms of catering orders, but may only have limited sauces on the truck since they're all house made. Furthermore, if doing a large catering order, you can also request particular spice levels if you've got a fixin' for a hurting (I enjoy getting my Sweet Heat extremely hot). I just recently got the Jerk wings as well, which were definitely on point, blending robust Caribbean flavors with the right amount of spice. IF wings aren't your thing, Full Street offers different stuff as well. I've had their Lobster cakes with house made remoulade and macaroni (seemed like it was made with about 8 different cheeses). Both were to die for. Definitely worth checking out if the truck is in your neck of the woods, or simply if you want to have some people over for a killer dinner!

When we saw they would be in our neck of the woods in Durham, we placed an order Street Food finder and went to pick it up. I'm not a vegan but my wife is a flexitarian and I enjoy the creativity of some vegan dishes. Our order was ready for us and we took it home to consume. I enjoyed my Dirty South barbecue dish with sauteed veggies, mushrooms, vegan cheese and barbecue sauce -- I chose to eat it as a bowl with rice and black beans. The Flava in Ya Ear drink of apple juice, ginger and lemon was delicious. My wife said her vegan tuna dish was "okay" although I think that had more to do with ordering it as a sandwich. Not knowing what "onion bread" is, we thought it would be more like bread but it was more like a cracker. It was difficult to eat like a sandwich. Anyway, I recommend this food truck and look forward to whatever new dishes they come up with.

The chicken is dark meat served on the bone - and by on the bone, I mean falling off the bone, it's so tender and moist. There are also some carrots and potato bits in the gravy, and I would happily eat a whole bowl of just those. The rice and peas (beans) were perfectly cooked. When I ordered through the Toast tab screens they have set up, it gave the option of indicating whether and how much gravy you'd like on the rice. I did the standard amount, which I think is just right, as the rice balances out the saltiness of the gravy. The mac & cheese was also really good - creamy, with some chewy baked cheese crust, and a hint of tanginess. The large portion was a ton of food. I shared my plate with my toddler, who loved the chicken, and it would be enough for at least one more meal. I also got a chicken patty, which had a curried chicken filling that brought a bit of heat. Too spicy for little kids, but not so spicy that I was hurting from eating it. We ate in the restaurant, which is clean with several tables. It's counter service, and it seems like they pack everything as if it's to go, even if you dine in. For folks with kids, they do have a single high chair. I don't remember seeing a changing table in the ladies room.

Let me tell you, nothing about this place was unassuming or basic... IT WAS INCREDIBLE. From the service (warm , helpful & friendly) to the perfectly cooked food. We were impressed! Best curried goat I've ever eaten and the jerk chicken is done as it should be! Whether you get the rice and peas or the yellow rice, you can't go wrong bc both were fantastic and full of flavor. The collard greens had SO MUCH FLAVOR, I could eat a big bowl by itself! We can't wait to come back and get the oxtails and some other menu items, I think we will be very happy with anything they cook here!
