Once you disarm these prickly ladies with niceness, you realize that they are nothing but good natured, efficient people just trying to do their jobs. Upon dropping off your item(s), auto texts are instantly sent acknowledging receipt of your item, payment and anticipated pickup date. Three to four days later, an additional text is sent advising your garment(s) are ready. Easy process.
