It started when we were moving in and the toilets were disgusting even though they said the house had been cleaned. They over charged us for the final cleaning and they charge a fee for the ACH payment. We had to pay the rest of the contract even though they said they were going to get another renter in right away....which was a lie. Other: no drapes on the sliding door, no ceiling fans in any room and cheap appliances for $3300 a month!
