I was nothing but, respectful, transparent, and accountable with the two mechanics, paid to get two…read morecatalytic converters replaced and a transmission housing seal replaced. the catalytic converters was replaced good on the vehicle but, the transmission housing seal wasn't, it continued to leak. I asked about it and it wasn't the same seal that was took off (then why still install it and not tell me at that tiime?) I accepted responsibility for that and ordered the correct seal that was given to me by William. I was quoted $80-$100 for them to replace the seal with the correct one. Seal was ordered, the two came out replaced the incorrect one charged me $100 and it still leaked and had noticeable damage from banging. I communicated that to them, I got no response back for a week, so I requested $50 back since the problem wasn't fixed, still no answer. To make a long story short I took my vehicle to the dealership, I had to replace the seal again and the leak is no more and fixed. still haven't heard or received my $50 I requested from them.

I had sufficient funds in the account. called my bank . first time my bank said i am not seeing any trouble on our end . so I was confused at why it would t work called the bank again to find out I was issued a new card . 7 min after closing said I found the correct card was indeed using the wrong card . bit had the right card . with me . they took my tires back off the. car and did not put my old ones on. I begged the owner please use this card. this is the right card . he yelled at me refused . begged him saying I promise it will work and give you an. extra $20 to just run it. he locked up his shop as yelling at me he left me with no one there . left my car with NO tires.. he even would not put my tires I came in with back on.. I hope I never treat any customers they come through my doors like this ... I was left ny myself unable to take my car . I came with an officer the next day. Not comfortable with how the owner treated me. Now the one employee was excellent. And he needs to be working somewhere else . He was polite . . this has never happened to me before. i Immediately threw away the old card so I would not make this mistake again. You know you never know what someone could be going through. Having a lot on my mind. Show people grace I am going through a divorce , lost a child and both parents in 2 yrs. Yes I was distracted. But I did discover before he left why the card was not working. I was using the wrong one .
