Today I did a diamond glow facial with dermaplaning by Emily. Checking in was extremely easy and the front desk service was extremely kind, offering me a beverage and making me feel very comfortable! Emily did a great consultation with me and was so thorough letting me know what she was doing and the why behind it. The massage portion was exceptional and I could have continued melting like butter for another hour. At the end of my service I was given product recommendations and was able to take the rest of my beverage to go with me! I was transferred to Amelie by another place I'd visited for some skincare procedures but they were unable to accommodate my reservation due to a temporary closure. Lemons to Lemonade because I enjoyed my first visit here. The lobby is spacious to distance out from other clients waiting for their appointments. The place itself is somewhat hard to find, I thought I'd taken a wrong turn because my GPS had me turn, so I did, but I only saw apartments and some retail businesses across from where it looked like Amelie is. Turns out it is indeed there but for me was to my left, not my right when turning in from the road. I got some botox with Nikki and loved how she walked through everything, showed me the muscle groups, before and afters and overall was personable yet professional. I have a touch-up appointment coming up because I do think there is some slight drooping in my eye area due to where we placed some forehead injections but we were both on the same page with where/why that could happen, and since I wanted to try it it's really not a big deal. I just can tell my eyebrows seem to slightly droop over my upper eyelids more than usual. The staff is really great about breaking all the pricing down, and as long as they don't try to oversell to me I will be happy coming here for future needs! read more

Ive been to a few other providers in Portland and I have to say Amelie is absolutely the best. They are particular on placement for natural results for both botox and filler. I really trust Amy as Ive suggested putting filler in places that she says not to fill it - saving me both money and an over-filled face. I was nervous about doing the "lip hydration" as I like a very natural look, but it came out looking FANTASTIC. They look plump, beautiful and still natural. Plus, Joe was able to correct very old filler (done from someone else) using a handy ultrasound device to locate it. They had an opening that same day, so we took it. She recommended the DiamondGlow treatment. They even helped explain what she could expect, because she had never had a real facial before. My cousin has some speech difficulties (stuttering, etc) and the esthetician, Lindsey, was wonderful, and let me come in the room with my cousin. From such easy booking through their Instagram, to the front desk staff and RN injector Summer, it was the best experience getting injectables I've had! I first went to Amelie a couple years ago and it has been amazing. I got Botox and some skincare and laser services, facials, etc consistently for a couple years. I moved about 40 minutes away in 2022 and for about a year I tried to go somewhere else for my Botox and skin care. I thought I would try somewhere closer to me that would maybe be more affordable, cause who doesn't like to save a bit right? Nothing negative ever transpired at Amelie that prompted the switch, I was just looking for something more convenient and more affordable. I went to a place with a program where their Botox was cheaper but it was a completely different experience that I did not enjoy at all. It was a terrible mistake. It and was not on the same level as Amelie and after three visits I never went back to the other place. It was dirty, the staff were not personable and I was just another number. I went back to Amelie and it was as fabulous as ever. I have seen several different injectors for Botox and skincare treatments and they have all been fantastic. They are extremely professional, it's extremely clean and I have never felt pressured. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment, this place is awesome. read more

I think they are either using watered down botox or have a bad injector. I got botox once, nothing happened, they did it for free the second time and again nothing happened. Amelie is amazing in general but this last visit i got to meet Jade the skincare guru! She is so sweet and easy going. This was my first time getting microneedling done and Jade made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She made sure my face was nice and numb before we started the treatment and she talked me through the whole thing so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment was overall pretty painless, although you may just want to be lazy the rest of today following your treatment . I followed Jades instructions and let my skin peel naturally and once it was done my skin felt so amazing and smooth. My skincare products feel like they penetrate a little deeper now too!
