This review could just as easily go under her current office, Coastal Dermatology. Ive been there a few times over last several years. The office now has two MDs and one PA, and their staff is efficient and attentive. There is a lot of good energy in the office.
My last visit was the most pleasant, spurring me to share with others that Alyssa Nash and her team are top notch, and this review as a way to thank them for being...
- efficient and pleasant. The logistics of making an appt and paperwork was seamless and quick.
- professional, accurate, informative, thorough. Clinic appt was WITHOUT DELAY, and to the highest standards.
- patient and kind, respectful of pt perspective and needs. All questions were answered.
- affordable for the services I chose. Yes, they offer products and service that are a bit more high-end/revenue-positive, but I did not feel like I was being sold. When I declined all ancillary (beauty) services and products, no one sighed or rolled their eyes.
My previous experience with another dermatology office in this XiMed building (her office will go unnamed, but hint, is known for making you wait) spurred me to try a new dermatologist many years ago.
What kind of a customer am I? I visit during time off during my work (nearby) day, and I cannot spare to sit and wait 15 or 30 minutes. I am approaching 60 y.o. I use Coastal for annual skin checks and covered (medical) and non covered (cosmetic) skin surveillance and treatment. I ask a lot of questions but don't demand to be fawned over nor view this as a spa treatment. This office really fits the (my) bill. Should they ever move or change I will be very sad for the loss. read more
