Forgot to stop the burning on my chemical peel on one side, leaving second degree burns on a 8 square inch section of my chest.

I hate to scare people but the procedures are like modern day torture i had three done.. : - vbeam to remove redness: 7/10 pain - Fraxel for Face to remove sun spots: 8.5/10 pain during procedure but the 90 minutes after are intense. Plan to stay extra time to have the cold air blow on you as long as possible. - PRP for my hair : 10/10 pain. Have them use the rolling massage thing while they poke you. Another tip: make sure you are well numbed.. *****Bianca was absolutely FANTASTIC. i spent most of my time with her while i waited for the dermatologist. She was very professional, kind, caring, answered all my questions, reassured me, took care of me through a massive migrane by lowering lights and giving me waters. She patted me on my shoulder through the procedures to move the pain. She was SO wonderful.

I found this place through my health insurance. It was the first dermatology spot that accepted appointments soon so I decided to make one. When I called, I explained I have 2 Stys on my eyelid that I need removed. My appointment comes up and they have absolutely no clue what they are seeing me for. They think they are doing an exam on me. I told them them that I mentioned over the phone it was for 2 Stys that I need removed because they are bothering my eyelid. They said it will be an out of pocket charge. I already had paid for a copay at this point. I demanded a cancellation of my appointment and refund of my copay then and there. I was extremely frustrated and upset because: 1. They did not listen to me over the phone 2. I drove all the way out here to an appointment that was not even what I needed 3. I could of been told over the phone that the sty removal is not covered by insurance at THIS specific office. This wasted my time, and theirs. I do not recommend this spot for dermatology needs. I went to another dermatology doctor and it was 100% covered by insurance (just had to pay for the copay out of pocket).

Earlier this year, I finally decided to look into removing a mole on my cheek that I've had my entire life. While I was excited, I was also nervous it might end up looking worse. My experience with Dr. Eleni has been nothing short of amazing. She has been incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive throughout the process. I especially appreciate how thoughtful and conservative she's been with my treatment plan, making sure to avoid any indentation or unnecessary damage to the skin. She's taken the time to use different lasers to target specific concerns, like pigment versus redness, to achieve the best possible results, all without ever needing to cut into the skin. That level of care and precision really put me at ease. If you're considering mole removal but feel hesitant, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Eleni. You'll be in excellent hands. The office itself is beautiful, and the staff is just as warm and welcoming.

When I arrived for my…read moreappointment, Dr. Shirazi told me I did not need the filler and instead attempted to sell me an $8,000 laser treatment package. The consultation lasted less than 10 minutes and no treatment was performed. When I went to the front desk to explain that Dr. Shirazi had not provided the eye filler and had instead recommended a treatment I did not want to pay, I requested a refund of my deposit. I was told there were no refunds and that I had six months to apply the $500 toward the $8,000 laser package. I explained multiple times that I came specifically for eye filler and was never informed that my deposit would be forfeited if the treatment was not performed. After leaving the office, I contacted an attorney who advised me to request the refund again. The office said the manager would follow up, but no one called me back. My attorney contacted the office twice in the following days to request the refund, but the office has continued to refuse. This experience felt extremely misleading. Patients should be clearly informed of deposit policies before being charged, especially when the recommended treatment changes during a brief consultation. Reply back to Ms. Lacy: Thank you for your response. However, the issue is not whether Dr. Shirazi can recommend a different treatment plan. The issue is how the $500 charge was represented when the appointment was scheduled. When I scheduled the appointment, I agreed to a $500 deposit for under-eye filler, which was the treatment I specifically called about. At no point during the scheduling call was I informed that the $500 would automatically become a non-refundable consultation fee if Dr. Shirazi decided not to perform the treatment. I also was not asked to sign any document acknowledging this policy before the consultation. The appointment itself lasted less than 10 minutes, during which Dr. Shirazi advised that I did not need filler and instead recommended an $8,000 laser treatment package. I declined because it was not the service I came in for and was not something I wanted to pay. When I requested my refund at the front desk since the treatment I scheduled was not performed, I was told that refunds were not allowed and that the $500 could only be applied toward other services. To be clear, if the front office had informed me at the time of scheduling, or asked me to sign a policy stating that the $500 would be forfeited if the expected treatment was not performed, I would have never scheduled the appointment. Patients deserve to be fully informed of financial policies before committing to a deposit. This situation appears to be a lack of clear disclosure and informed financial consent prior to the appointment. I hope the practice will reconsider the refund in light of these concerns and review how deposit and consultation policies are communicated to patients moving forward so others are not placed in the same situation.

We really wanted to try a more holistic approach first and I'm so grateful we did. Brianna has been incredible. As an Acne Specialist, she doesn't just perform treatments, she educates. She took the time to explain what was happening with my daughter's skin and helped us understand the patterns common in acne-prone skin. She made my daughter feel comfortable, supported, and empowered, which means everything at this age. Danielle, the owner, has also created such a warm and welcoming environment. You can tell she genuinely cares about each client who walks through the door and stands behind the quality of care her team provides. It's rare to find a clinic that feels both professional and personal. The combination of customized facials and a consistent skincare routine has truly made a difference. We're seeing real improvement, but just as importantly, my daughter feels more confident and hopeful. If you're a parent looking for knowledgeable, compassionate acne care for your teen, I highly recommend Brianna.

I was a long-time patient at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology and exclusively saw Dr. Loyal, who has since left the practice. I then booked with Dr. Sabrina Fabi for the first time, influenced by her large social media presence and how the front desk emphasized how hard it is to get an appointment with her. For context, I'm very experienced with Botox and have had it done many times in the same areas without issue. At this visit, I received Botox in my masseters, crow's feet, under-eye bag line, 11s, and forehead. None of these areas were new for me. Dr. Fabi arrived about 40 minutes late, which I was told is "typical." That night, I developed large, visible lumps in my masseters and additional bumps near my temples when opening my mouth. I'd never experienced anything like this before. I returned to the office two days later and was told it was "normal" and that Botox takes two weeks to settle. By the time of my follow-up appointment nearly a week later, my appearance was extremely abnormal. The best way I can describe it is that I looked like a mix between Chiseled Squidward and Quasimodo. I pay a premium to go to a cosmetic dermatology practice because this is my face, and I expect expertise, precision, and accountability. At the follow-up, I felt dismissed and gaslit. While the masseter issue was acknowledged, my main concern was new bumps near my eyes that I never had before. Dr. Fabi insisted they were always there, which is simply not true. I have clear before photos. When I said I felt my before looked better, her response was, "Oh, with your hooded eyes?" That comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It has now been over a week since the follow-up and the bumps are still present. I paid $1,500 and feel worse about my appearance than when I walked in. Botox has risks, but the lack of ownership and dismissal of my concerns is why I won't be returning. I'll be sharing photos so others can make an informed decision.
