We had never used a kennel before, and were a little apprehensive due to our lack of experience. However, my daughter was very familiar with Sundance and highly recommended it. So, we decided to give it a try. I reached out and got a quick response. After confirming the dates I was looking for, they were clear in their communication with rates, what was needed (up to date Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines) and what was available (food, walks, playtime and medical administering). Dogs have their own "runs" with indoor and outdoor spaces and comforts from home are welcome (your own food, treats and toys). Morning and late afternoon hours are available for drop offs, which is very convenient. We added 3 walks a day and 3 playtime sessions. The outdoor time really helped our tripod acclimate to her new surroundings, even though she was a bit timid at first. The staff was very understanding of our initial concerns, and very reassuring. They took good care of her, making sure to keep an eye out and give us up dates. If you've never used a kennel before, Sundance is a great place to start. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, well kept grounds and immaculate kennels. I'm happy we found a kennel we can trust!

I am pretty particular when it comes to the care of my dog if you get my drift. I brought my Albino Doberman Royal Pain here for boarding. From the moment I dropped him off to the moment I picked him I was at ease, comfortable and grateful that I made the choice to bring him here. He earns his name and is a lot of dog. The minute I stepped in with him Howard, Lesley, Sue and Max made me feel like he was at home. Dena was very helpful too. They didn't try to upsell me even when I tried to upsell myself into a suite. Howard took the time to walk around with me and make sure I was at ease. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They explained the fees and addons only if I liked (and yes I added a few pleasant nature walks... Royal Pain needs it). The big test upon getting home they passed with flying colors: no bad doggie kennel smell on Royal Pain. Thanks Woofmans. We will be back!

My…read morereview is for this particular employee's behavior,not for their actual services... this guy who works there came out of the facility with a small dog on a leash and a much bigger dog with no leash on,I was walking towards the MMA MECCA place that is located across this doggy care,his dogs were barking at me and my children and then the big dog with no leash on went onto full attack mode at my 2 very small children, he didn't care his big dog was barking and attacking my kids,very much trying to bite my youngest child, THIS GUY cursed at me because I said to him to take his dogs away from my kids and that the big dog should be on a leash !!! Police were involved and all. I hope he gets fired from this place he works at. Another mom from a kid that attends the Mecca place BJJ came forward and told the police officer she and her kids were attacked by the same dog too in a different occasion and the guy didn't care to pull the dog away. Very bad to have a person who behaves like this working for a doggy care. Very irresponsible and careless to whatever that could have happened to me or my children,he didn't care,but instead chose to say to me to shut the &#_ up. My little 3 year old was terrified and crying because the dog was on her face trying to bite her meanwhile the owner kept walking away from the dog and wasn't even trying to stop the dog. I hope he gets fired,at least. And I hope he enjoys the ticket that the police department is giving him. The guy proceeded to get into his vehicle and then left with the dogs.

When Angela left, we were sad and tried other groomers in Pet Smart and near the area. No one compared to her. Happy to know that she now works for Tracy's and booked an appointment right away with ease. No waiting for weeks. My husband said that Koda was so happy to see Angela!! He was also was impressed with the place. Clean grounds. Pleasant staff. Koda loved seeing the horses on the farm and looked satisfied with his hair cut. We love Angela's work!! It's been a week now and had to bring him to the vet. Have tried to contact this place a few times requesting any more information on how long he was sick before we picked him up or if there was any other dogs that were sick. At the least thought they would like to know that there was a sick dog there to let other people boarding their dogs know.
