Representation storytelling is warming when in a family photo board. As a first time visitor I taste-tested a few flavors which were unique. I will say I'm not their target customer not into diff flavors on popcorn. I'm a foodie though so I'm keen on flavor profiles. Of the four I tried, the vanilla cinnamon and white cheddar was nice. Vanilla cinnamon could've passed for Apple pie as it kinda tasted like that. I think I wanted more marshmallow/graham taste on the s'mores vs chocolate. I wish the business long term success! Entertaining guests with popcorn flutes is always a cute idea. Go, enjoy!

When purchasing two bags at the Titans game, we were tracked down by one of the workers on the way to our seats as the purchase had not gone through. Totally understandable; however, she wanted me to stay put out of eyesight from the stand while she went back to the stand to run my card. I was not okay with that, so we followed her back. I watched her run my card two more times minimum, and I had a feeling she overcharged me. She told me to reach out on Instagram or email if the charge was wrong, and sure enough I had been charged twice. I reached out with my receipt info and details of the charge and have yet to hear back...all while they've posted on Instagram plenty more times. Again, the kettle corn was fine -- not bad or I would give it a lower rating. The service really did rub me the wrong way as I followed their instructions to then have to dispute the charge. If they are going to have a social media presence, they need to respond to customers. I'd try it again if someone else buys it for me. Update: I changed my review to four stars as I do appreciate the message to try and make things right.

As a lover of fun treats this was just the info I want to know about. The day we were there I saw two separate groups doing the make your own goo goo tour. We didn't plan that far ahead so decided to just do the design your own and the workers made it for us using our custom fillings and coatings. It took only about 15 min after ordering to be done. It was about 90 degrees out the day we went so we sat at one of the stools to give our creation a taste at its freshest and not risk it melting. It was delicious of course! If you go, don't forget to check out the Premium limited edition flavors. During our visit they had Fluffer Crunch, The Howie and PB &P.
