I shopped…read moreonline with my husband so by the time we walked into the store, we recognized the styles we saw on luxury design sites, etc. We were delighted by the choices so it was great to have Laura give us a tour. She left us to shop on our own when she saw we were dragging one another from fixture to fixture! We turned the corner and as soon as we saw it we knew it was THE one. The store was closing so we returned the next day, still in love with the light, and ordered it. Laura explained the details about the Austrian crystal and quality of the Tomia 'Ellie' fixture. We were so excited that we floated out of the store and returned 3 days later to pick it up. The guy at the warehouse behind the building was super nice and helped load the enormous box into the backseat. The day after we got the fixture, Marvin from My Electrical Genie installed it and we all stood back in amazement. The fixture is even more beautiful than when surrounded by all the other fixtures in the store. It is exactly what we wanted - contemporary, crystal, linear with curves and bright. Done. One store and one knowledgeable, smart and friendly salesperson equals a new fixture that lights us up!

We were replacing a number of chandeliers after a major renovation and also needed a fan. We went…read moreto several stores, but needed to bring in gold accenting and upscale look without being modern. We bought 3 chandeliers and one fan. Beautiful Things Lighting had the most aesthetically pleasing and quality items without 'breaking the bank' or being too modern. Kathy Caldwell, our liaison at the store, was wonderful. As we discussed various items, she was able to quickly hone in on what we were looking for. Even the final price that we were able to pay was on target and in budget. I recommend at least seeing what they have and speaking with a consultant.

I informed them that I wanted the chandelier that was $1k but he said yea just come tomorrow. This company have lazy employees. Rather get off work early than make $1k. Updated: after I left here, I literally went next door to another light store called "Beautiful Things Lighting". (Located in the adjacent plaza). They ended up staying open until 5:30 pm (30mins after their closing time). So I spent $5k on an extravagant chandelier. I couldn't help myself. P.s. Beautiful Things was also better priced. I ended up spending more because the salesman showed me better and treated me better.

Unfortunately, when I was moving, the lamp was damaged and every time I plugged it in it would pop a breaker. I called reward lighting and they were so kind and helpful. Not only did they rewire it and replace the lightbulbs in the sockets, but they added a weight plate at the bottom for more stability so it would be more stable (which I did not even ask them to do). I was treated with kindness and respect and they got my lamp working again and went above and beyond my expectations I will be coming to this business exclusively for all of my future lighting needs. We recently purchased our home, and the previous owner left a small mountain of receipts for work that Pro Power (Charlie) had done in the house over the years as the house underwent extensive remodeling. We wanted to install a generator bypass and a whole-house surge protector, and during Charles' initial visit he took the time to review ALL of the upgrades that he had done over the previous year or so. During the actual install, he again took the time to explain everything he was doing, and even assisted me in getting my generator up & running and helped me reset an internal wireless switch that was acting up. Price was reasonable, work was professional, and customer was happy. A perfect combination! Thanks Charles! I would gladly recommend Charles & ProPower for anyone looking to have any electrical services performed.
